SPANX SPANXsculpt Power Series High-Waisted Boyshort

Very pleased with these spanx shorts. As you can see in the before and after photos, they really work in slimming the tummy! Makes me feel much more confident in tight clothes after having a baby.This is my first time using shapewear, but I found them easy to get on. I wore these for 12 hours straight the first time I wore them, and they were super comfortable! I forgot I had them on. The fold open gusset design made it super easy to use the restroom without having to take them off.The top of the band did roll down a little, but it didn't show through my clothes and it didn't bother me physically. I'm short (5'-2") so that probably contributes to the rolling. I ordered size Large per the Spanx size chart, and it was the right fit.The shorts seem well constructed and made out of quality materials. Overall, I think these shorts work well and are worth the money. I recommend!

Correct size, seemingly worked well on first use with absolutely no issues but when I went to use them a second time (4 days after the return window closed unfortunately), they ran and tore when I pulled them up (Again, correct size and I have short nails that are not sharp and pulled these on appropriately). I've used other shapewear before (Maidenform) and have had no issues with close to 100 wears on a single one of their garments but this tore and ran on only the second use. I'm very disappointed because I had heard that this brand was quality and had a good reputation but unfortunately I don't believe it is worth the higher cost at all given the low quality. It also rolls awkwardly at the top, pinching the skin but did provide good tummy control the one time I got to wear it.

This was the perfect underwear substitute for my wedding day. No panty lines or waist band lines (I had a fitted mermaid-style dress), no roll down of the waist or roll up of the leg openings, gave me NOTICEABLE waist definition (I am otherwise a rectangle body shape), smoothed my lower belly pooch, and was comfortable all night, through dinner and dancing. Cheaper than the Skims version, which I returned because it was crotchless and almost too compressive.A couple of notes: careful with your nails when putting this on, I poked a couple holes in it by accident even with my very short, very rounded nail extensions. Luckily, the holes did not seem to get any bigger after wearing. Also, I sized up from small to medium. I think that likely helped with the comfort and lack of roll-down. I am usually a size 27 waist in jeans with relatively narrow hips.

Update: after one try on and two wears, the top band to keep the product stuck to the skin is already peeling away from the material. Just disappointing, I really thought more of the brand.It is a good, high quality material and well made. I guess I would have thought it should have cost less given the simplicity of the design. It does smooth, it does not dramatically change my waistline.

I am 5'1" and 180 lbs (41" bust, 39" waist, 47" thighs) with a short torso and short legs. According to the sizing chart, I should have purchased a 1X, but I chose an XL hoping for extra compression. They were very difficult to pull over my rear and hips, but once they were on, they actually felt comfortable. However, if you have really long nails, I would definitely stick to your true size according to their sizing chart measurements. I accidentally tore a hole in mine because of my long nails while struggling to get them on!I chose the boyshort version because I planned to wear with thigh-high compression socks, but I wish I hadn't. The legs constantly kept riding up, and I had to keep pulling them down throughout the day so my thighs wouldn't rub together. I highly suggest getting the Mid-Thigh Short version instead of the boyshort version. The gusset in the crotch area is a nice touch, but I wish it were larger.

Yes! Lightweight and smooth, soft fabric. I ordered according to this side chart in glad I did. I don't feel it rolling down because of the extra elastic on the band that is an anti-slip grip. It too is comfortable. It smooths everything out. So tempting to wear just a shorts as they are without anything over them. Comfortable and easy to pull on. Love these!

while these are comfortable and great, i bought two pairs and both pairs got holes so easily within the first few wears. not from my nails while putting them on, from the seams. i won’t be spending my money on these again. once torn it’s useless. i bought the correct size too so i wasn’t trying to fit into something smaller.

Does a great job with slimming! But it rolls everywhere and after two uses I’ve already created two holes with my nails by accident. So I wish it was thicker!

Nice but it does not stay up. It rolls down and it becomes uncomfortable to wear.

Comfortable amount of compression and does a great job smoothing out the stomach area and does not roll down.

The pictures of the product are totally misleading. From every angle it looks like one piece, but it is not!! The bra on the model appears to be attached. The shapewear rolls down the body as you wear it. HORRIBLE. Can I send it back? It is useless and terribly uncomfortable. I have owned Spanx in the past, but never again.

Bedingt geeignet, die Hosenbeine rollen sich auf was unter einer Jeans nicht auffällt aber unter einer Leggins oder einem engen Kleid sichtbar wäre. Ich habe die gleichen mit längeren Beinen da gibt es das Problem nicht.Größe M passt optimal bei 168 cm und 56 Kilo. Das Anziehen ist etwas mühsam aber wenn man drin ist macht es eine schöne Silhouette. Ich empfehle den oberen Rand unter den BH zu stecken, das verhindert dass es runter rollt.

Felt good on the first try, but as soon as o left the house it rolled down on both the top and the bottom. The seams at the bottom are very visible in the dress.
