Definitely cuts down on the tar and nicotine.If you want to stop smoking, this is a good start, I'm getting a little bit as I inhale but not the full effect, just enough to cut the craving.And I am no longer waking up in the morning coughing like crazy.

Took some time to get used to it but works great. I just need to be mindful not to smoke more often because Nic Low really does reduce the addictive poisonous substances that I inhale.It would be awesone if the filter could show a marker line for each cigarette used with it. I went past 4 a couple times by accident and the tar went in my mouth:(

Really only one use, doesn't look like it catches a lot of tar. 3 stars for price. I use these on "filtered cigars" they are the exact same size and shape as cigarettes though.

It's really amazing how much tar it keeps from collecting on your lungs! Very useful to take off the tar. Excellent product. Fancy display box. Highly recommended.

I bought this brand because of it's low price. Should have stayed with Tar Bar which is more expensive but works much better. This brand does not remove as much tar.

These really help with not putting tar in my lungs, you just need to draw a little harder.
