I usually wait like months before making reviews but this is so worth it and very awesome to use! Easy to set it up especially on the app, i can set a schedule when i would like to eat and just leave it to warm up my food, and heads up, it only heats up enough to warm up food, not to cook so no risk of burning at all and wasy to clean.

Do not Buy It! Expensive and you can find something better, battery die fast.

Works ok, kind of annoying. It only heats up once and even then it doesn’t get as hot. I found adding a little water to steam up anything that’s in there helps. Many times it hasn’t warmed up at all and I had to eat my food cold or hunt down a microwave at the constitution site. Deals great and it doesn’t spill. A bit expensive for only heating up once and maybe heating up when you need it to. I was going to buy more trays to meal prep but good thing i noticed how it wasn’t so reliable at heating up. Plus the trays are a little expensive. I definitely wouldn’t buy again.

I am so so happy with this lunchbox. I do not have to go to a community room to use the microwave. This allows me to utilize my lunch-time to the fullest. It surprisingly has the ability to make the food super hot. It heats thick meats brilliantly. It also pays itself off quickly because I no longer have to pay $15 to $20 a day for quality food. This is the Rollsroyce of lunchboxes. I also spoke with their customer service and they are brilliant on every level. Treat yourself to this lunchbox. You're worth it!!

Bought for hubby for lunch at work. Requires an app, but it was constantly disconnecting. Poison in the butt. Returned it. Pay a little more and get the Luncheaze one, he is in love!

I love everything about this lunchbox, including the app it pairs with, except the battery life. It takes a little while to charge and then burns through the charge pretty quick. Otherwise, it may be the best electric portable lunchbox out there. I take it to work daily and love its style and size, as well as the fact that I can reheat meats on a very low temperature. Most other portable electric lunchboxes I've seen can't reheat at 125 degrees, but this one can, which is great for reheating meat dishes. If they improve the battery, I will change the review to five stars. Still recommend though.

Tres bon produit, je lutilise depuis 9 mois deja et je la recharge tout les soir apres utilisation, ont doit faire chauffer lentement sa prend environ 45 minute ou 30 minute en chauffage rapide, il faut cependant brasser le contenu si ont veut chauffer uniformement, la fonctionne griller fonctionne super bien, je me suis fait des pizza burger et ils sont croustillante ces genial

My 8-year-old son enjoying his food at school with this lunch box. He used it 4 times and everything was perfect.

Lunch box has stopped working. 1st manual process stopped, button did not turn red despite pressing continuously after it turned white. Then I installed the app and it worked for one day but now even the app does not work. App says low battery 9% but last night i charged it full till the 3 red lights stopped blinking & became solid. Even the app mentioned 100% charged. Happened 2 days in a row.
