12KBTU units work well and are quiet and efficient. Heat and cool.
Work great. I have purchased over 4 units and all are working. I use the 115VAC model because I operate my home on solar. Very efficient on power use and QUIET!. Don't waste your money on noisy window mount units. Takes 4-6 hours to install, If you have an AC friend that can vacuum the lines after install, verify no leaks, just open the valves on the compressor unit and it is pre-filled with refrigerant.

12,000 BTU unit Works great on a 40 ft motorhome, energy efficient enough for solar!
Iโm very impressed with this minisplit, I installed it on my motorhome after a tornado damaged the rooftop AC. On the initial start, it was 85 outside and about 90 inside, brought the inside temperature down to 68 in just under an hour. On the first boot, it drew 900 watts until it was down to about 75 degrees, then it drew about 700 watts until it was down to 68 (set temp.) At 68, it floats between 200-600 watts, averaging about 300 watts used per hour. My 500 watt solar array in direct sunlight runs it without issues and even charges the battery bank slightly during the brightest parts of the day. Installation was straight forward, I have some residential electrical experience, some automotive experience and 0 hvac experience and I got it installed in about 5 hours. The included instructions arenโt the best, but YouTube gave me pretty much all the information I needed to get it done. Overall, 10/10 it was way better in every way than I expected and works well in a motorhome application! Just one thing to note, I just tied this to the breaker my old rooftop AC used which was 30 amps. I expected this to use a similar amount of power with similar wires, but because it uses such little power and uses such thin wire I replaced it with a 15 amp breaker, and you should too! If thereโs a short somewhere, the included wires certainly wouldnโt pass enough current to trip a 30 amp breaker. This is a significant upgrade to the rooftop AC, and the one i had was pretty new and an efficient model

Can't find parts
Bought this 7/2/24. It worked well until 3 months ago. Stopped heating. Checked the refrigerant and it was ok tried to find the temperature sensor and no one has it. Had I known I wouldn't have bought it. Can't find parts.

I would buy again / buy items listed in review
12 k unit, 120v power I purchased. The electrical part was easy. The instructions on turning the unit on are not great I used YouTube."there are no instructions saying to open the valves on the side of the condenser. Thedrain from the head unit is awful, but not a big deal. Homedepot get one that is more Ridged $75 for hose/insulation/cilps. The drain supplied kinks very easy! Idea! Buy extra insulation for the drain and I installed it next to the refrigerant lines. Buy silicone caulking also/ great stuff spray foam when putting lines through wall. Looking at around 1k start to finish if you do it yourself. Approx 630 unit w. Tax. I would recommend to buy this unit! I cannot say how it will preform in very cold Temps for the heat part/ AC works great. Not noisy at all/compact unit / comfortable AC.

This A/C is trash
I may change this when the company reaches out for a replacement at no cost. Unit was installed per the instructions, vacuumed down the system and charged it. When the system was turned on, the high pressure line blew off into my face which released all the refrigerant. The copper line broke free from the flare nut and filled my home with flammable refrigerant. After reaching out to an a/c professional, they quoted $1,200 to repair the line and replace refrigerant. I have reached out to the company through Amazon and via email with no response as of yet. Iโm not happy with the product. May be a manufacturer defect, but with this Georgia heat I now donโt have an air conditioner. I would like a quick response and replacement with some reimbursement on the back end from having a professional consulted before I change my review.

Works well
Pretty surprised as to how well this unit worked. It was super easy to install after I had my electrician run the power and outside service breaker. Drilled one hole in the wall to the outside, screw everything thing together and boom your done. This unit cooled the entire ground floor level of my 1700 square foot house very well. It lasted the whole year since I bought it and then we sold the house so I can't say if it will last or not but it did work very well while we had it. Kind of can't beat the price either.

Works great
I installed it in the metal garage. It was about 100 degrees inside when I finished. It cool it off within 30mins 550 square feet. I thought that being a 110 system it would take longer. The next day 100 degrees outside and 75 degrees inside. That is what I set it for. It is so quiet at first I think it was not working at all.
