Not as expected.
This is NOT tool free. Came with multiple parts and screws. It also came with NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.

The manufacturer needs to get their act together. First ...
The manufacturer needs to get their act together. First one shipped without the bars to mount the back to the seat. They shipped a whole new unti to me, which did hav ethta part, but this time there was no hardware included. Spend a little more and get a different chair. Alos, not for large people, the seat is fairly narrow.
