Good Budget Option
You get what you pay for. The filter and silicone couplers are relatively cheap, but you can replace both of them for much cheaper than you could buy any other CAI. The installation was relatively simple, but there were no instructions. The MAF sensor port fit wonderfully and look good, but the PCV return was in a far less than ideal location the best way to run your line is over your throttle body and under your engine cover, even then the line has limited flow. The heat shield and intake tubing fit well and do their job excellently, this is a good budget option.

looks better than stock. cheap visual upgrade. man my old filter was nasty, couldn't even see it and it wasn't that old. I don't notice power difference. cheap enough to buy another once dirty.

Use only for Direct Fit Applications
This is a nice Cold Air Intake but really should be installed on car with a direct fit. I tried an alternative application for a car that does not have an after market kit and although the air intake du t worked, the cone was entirely too long. This cone is about a a foot long and there was no room in the little compact car I have for this. Returned it. Again this great for the right car - I just tried something different and it didnโt work out this time.

Does not work for 2008 dodge ram 1500 4.7
Product did not fit as advertised. Box and pipe did not work. I tried to modify to make it work but still didn't work so i wasted my money and couldn't return.

It WILL fit a 2002 Mustang GT 4.6L
So this will fit a 2002 Mustang GT, the only draw back is that it did not come with detailed instructions. But if you know cars, it's actually pretty simple to install. And it looks good when completed. Now for the filter itself, I recommend turning the wheel to get a good access to install. And make sure you tighten the clamp down TIGHT as it is in the fender.

Works great
Great intake for the money. I live in a very northern cold climate so i don't really have to worry about the steel tube design causing more heat soak, not an issue for me. Great sound and definitely more power from my hemi. Install is a little wonky but i made it work perfectly.
