Wish I had know about RFT years ago! If you're looking to upgrade your health and recovery game, the Hooga Red Light Therapy Device is hands-down one of the most effective tools you can own. It combines professional-grade technology with ease-of-use at home. Already it worth every penny. My skin is clearer, younger looking and my pores has reduced massively. I have mine setup so I can lay under it Love it so much I have already bought the Hooga RLT face mask.

Excellent lamp, very powerful L.E.D.s. Customer support is outstanding- had a problem with the remote and missing charge lead. Was solved immediately and a replacement remote and lead sent in post. Highly recommended.

Good quality product

Seems a solid & good investment on the face of it did a bit of research & this brand came out top, regarding benefits of the red light power. There was a more powerful one flowlife but on further investigation it has no real evidence to back up the higher power gives any more benefits and it was £200 more so not a good investment. I have only given 3 stars as I have not had a chance to gain any tangible results as I have only just received it. Will have to revisit at a later date once I have had opportunity to see or feel some benefits.

solid peice of kit with 72 quad chips and plenty of power , recommended dose is 3-4 minutes for skin treatment but I'm doing 5 minutes at 18 inch away , my skin seems better already and only takes 5 up minutes of your day ,I do feel good after using it I'll update after a month

TBH, I have no idea how effective this is in my case, I am using it on my leg and knee which are struggling to recover from a major op. No way to tell whether it's benefitted me or not, but the placebo effect is a real thing, so hopefully some benefit! Sarcasm aside, the Senior Physiotherapist I see speaks very highly of RLT, and I will say that this seems a very high-quality piece of kit, you certainly get what you pay for I think. My review is based on the quality of the device rather than a medical evaluation! I will start to use as a more general wellbeing thing soon rather than focus on my operation site, I hear good things about RLT as a general wellbeing aid. I should say my other half used it on her shoulder for aches and pains a few times and did feel it helped.

I like that it's very simple and yet has some flexibility should i need it. Well made and just works. The timer is simple and works well, although at end it just switches off the panel so if you have relaxed too deeply it won't wake you up! I like this ultra 360.

This is my second red light purchase from Hooga and I am very satisfied with their products. Easy to use and most importantly, it works! It takes consistency to see results from red light therapies, but this product in particular is very easy to adjust settings for optimal benefits depending on what you need. I use it for skin care and extra healing after surgery.

Well built. Takes some planning to use effectively. I have only used it for a few weeks for rotator cuff and knee issues but there seems to have been clear improvement using light and physical therapy.

Works as described so far! It’s fairly portable, easy to use and a good value for the price. There’s no installation or setup, just plug and play.

Because of nerve pain in my foot, I've only slept about two to three hours a night for the last two months. Today is my fifth day using this device directly on my foot. Every single time I've used it so far, I've received seven to eight hours of sleep at night. I have another red light therapy device with much smaller bulbs, and it's like a boot that goes around my foot. I've never felt this type of impact. Super happy with this product.
