There was some hurdles at the beginning, the intruction manual was incorrect and because of that, the amount of dowels included was incorrect. Customer service from these guys is great they handled every issue right away, and I am glad for that because I really like how this stand looks.Looks great, assembly is simple, it is quality and not flimsy by any means whatsoever. Some people mention their LED light strips don't stick for long, make sure you wipe the spot down with some type of adhesion promoter or 70% isopropyl alcohol, that is standard procedure for any type of double stick tape. And press down for 30 seconds (don't press hlso hard that you damage the LEDs).

This is the perfect fireplace at the perfect price. I'd spent months looking online at other stores trying to find a large fireplace to fill a very long wall under my TV - but everything I was finding was between $800-$4000. I recieved the first part of the fireplace within 5 days, and the second a few days later. It was pretty easy to put together with a drill. It's sturdier than I expected. The fireplace portion alone would cost an easy 200-300 anywhere else.

The media could not be loaded.  I love this fireplace. I was scared at first and thought I got scammed 🤣🤣🤣 but it comes in 2 packages. Overall everything is great. I love the colors and yes it puts off real heat( it’s optional) or u can just use it for the lights in the background!!! Easy to put together. I did this alone within 3-4 hours. I read the instructions and watched a YouTube video to be sure I was doing it correctly! 10/10 must buy!My only con is it could’ve been an inch or 2 taller but it’s cool. It still serves it’s purpose

We have been browsing for months, comparing different entertainment systems, trying to find the best one for our setup. We upgraded last year to a 75 inch tv and our current stand was for up to 65 inches. This tv stand has been great for the price and here are some pro’s & con’s.Looks- 5/5 Went with the gloss black finish. Finish is clean, looks very nice, the added fireplace and color change availability is a nice touch.Build Quality- 4/5 Very solid piece when it’s all put together. However, even after several adjustments, the front doors don’t lineup perfectly. There is a small gap, not noticeable from the front but looking on at an angle you can tell. The LED Strips are flexible and come with some anchors to screw them down but the adhesive on the back of them is terrible. Removed the paper covering the adhesive, placed the strip under the top shelf and took 1 day for it to fall off. But honestly, you can always purchase your own and install some better quality ones down the road. Lastly, there are some “pre-drilled” holes in the back on each side. These arefor putting the chords through etc. One thing I wish this had was a few more holes in different areas, and a built in power strip would be perfect.Fireplace-3/5 The fireplace looks great, the inside crystals look very nice when the “flame” and colors are going. However, the fireplace heat output is not great. While the temperature can get up to 82 degrees, if you’re in a decent size room, don’t expect it to warm the room. Our living room is about 230 sq ft. The other downside is there is no red color on the fireplace but there is on the side openings. Some colors in the fireplace don’t match the led strips that well.Size- 5/5 For what we needed. The tv stand says it fits up to 80 and this is perfect for the 75 inch. While my soundbar will end up being mounted, right now it sits on top and is roughly 43 inches long. Looks great and has plenty of room on top. The openings and cabinets fit a variety of things, xbox controllers, games, apple tv, router, etc.Price- 5/5 Like I mentioned earlier, we have been browsing many tv stands/entertainment systems. Many that look like this, some costing upwards of $500-$800 and yet I see no huge differences to justify paying more for the same tv stand.Shipping- 5/5 Everything came well packaged in two separate boxes. Shipping was much quicker than expected and the seller messaged me and kept me informed. All the pieces were included, nothing broken or missing.Assembly- 3/5 For one person, not gonna lie, it kind of sucks. It’s not necessarily hard, just tedious, and the directions are all pictures. What makes it difficult is that while pieces are labeled, some look identical and it doesn’t show you which way they go. So you may install and then as you move forward, realize a piece needs to flipped or turned.Overall- 4/5 Considering all things, this tv stand has been great. Affordable, this gloss black one looks great, the size is perfect, the color change led aspect offers a nice ambient backlight that adds to watching movies.If you are looking for a new TV stand set up for a larger TV then I would not hesitate to purchase this one for your home.

Went together pretty easy about an hour got fireplace 2 days later after it was all put together a very nice looking piece was packed very well, would recommend if price is good holds a 70 in tv good

The media could not be loaded.  Following the instructions to set up was easy for me. Even tho it says it's for a 75 inch tv, we'll yes that's recommended but I have a 86" inch Tv as seen in the video, very beautiful with the lighting effects and the fire does look real. The height is perfect, the quality is good and seems durable thus far. I love it.

I've had mine a few weeks and three cheapness is starting to become apparent. The flames start up randomly without using the remote, and they also shut off randomly. The heater is nice but has too little control and is not reliable, I'm now questioning it's safety, since it starts up all on it's own. Because if this, I put a switch on mine so it can only run when I'm there watching it, overriding it's remote. Bottom line, I don't recommend it despite the lovely looks and pleasant aesthetics when it's working as intended. It's just too cheaply made, so much so that I'm questioning it's safety. Not good.And, I'm pretty mechanical and it took me 3 or 4 hours to assemble. Anyone without mechanical abilities should definitely avoid this product. I would also not recommend this product around small children for safety reasons. Between the glass front, sharp corners, and poor electrical quality, it's just too dangerous for young families, IMO.

Came as advertised.Happy with the product.Had a small issue that needed customer service attention and they were prompt in responding and resolved the issue quickly.Definitely recommend.
