i absolutely love this! i just put it together today, and it was a breeze. i'm a 26 y female! lol it was diffuse to carry to my apartment but easy to assemble. it's so sturdy and easily accessible to the storage below! love it

Would have given this a 5 star review but my son put it together just fine, however when he tried to move it down the hallway it came open and pinned him to the wall. He had a heck of a time getting it to close so he could get out from it. Without a mattress on it it is near impossible to get it down. With the mattress on there after a few times it’s easy peasy! Tonsssss of space underneath! Absolutely life saver! It’s like having a huge closet on the floor lol. Would definitely recommend but would caution to be extremely careful moving it!

Missing parts, over a month with promise to replace and still have not received and no follow up

This came very quickly. There was some damage to the shipping box, which unfortunately affected the contents. (see photos) The damage was not enough to warrant a return however, because we were on a time crunch to get the base done before the mattress was delivered.This took me about 2.5 to 3 hours to complete by myself. Someone else could probably do it faster, but I went through the manual meticulously to make sure all the pieces were there and everything was oriented the correct way. There were also 2 bolt holes not drilled in the correct piece. (see photos) Annoying for sure (as I ended up putting the drill bit through my thumb nail. Oooowww...) but again, not a return-worthy thing.Once it was done, it lifts very easily with no mattress and decently easily with a mattress for a fit person (we have a queen medium Tempurpedic). Although I would not think a child or an elderly person would be able to lift it. Once up, it stays up unassisted. Some have said the hydraulics fail after some time, so we'll see. I don't anticipate opening this very often as it will be used to store extra bedding and winter clothes.Overall I feel this was a good deal despite the cosmetic and installation setbacks. The storage is phenomenal, as we are in a park model home and need every square inch we can get.

It was easy to put together, didn’t take me too long and I am not good at building things . The spring part was kinda tricky but once I got it it was fine

I put the bed together alone, it went well, but probably would have taken less time if I had had a 2nd person. So far it seems like a great bed. I have the started filling in the bottom with things that I had stored in my closet. I would recommend!
