Great for two people
Easy to set up, there is no stringing a pole through a hole, it’s all clips. Fits a queen sized air mattress with very little wiggle room. Very small packaging for easy storage. Stays very dark inside. Very convenient extension cord slot. Only complaint is the zipper is very hard to zip/unzip.

Amazing tent
This tent is INCREDIBLE.I used it on a 5 day camping trip during which, I slept in it through two severe thunderstorms with wind up to 35mph, severe rain (around 6 inches), and hail.My sister and brother in laws tent (which is a brand I won’t mention but was about 400$ flooded during these storms) and they ended up in my tent. So they needed up in mine; meaning three adults (one man who is 6’5) plus two dogs and five days worth of gear all slept quite comfortably in this tent. So it’s very very roomy. The blackout is also really nice. One of the days we slept in until almost 10am and woke up in an almost completely dark tent. I have to use a flashlight in it during the day to really see well. It’s also quite cool. The way the rain fly and mesh align and the vent on the side work together makes for great airflow so that I wasn’t sweating even during 75+ degree weather. It was also really easy to set up. I hadn’t used it before this trip and was a little nervous but it was super fast to set up (was racing the rain) and withstood some crazy weather. It’s not the lightest tent ever but I would take the slight extra weight as a trade off for the durability, spacing, and weatherproofness.

Good sturdy tent
Bought this tent last year to replace my old tent that had finally given up for our annual week long camping trip. I was a little apprehensive since its an off brand and a good value so you never know what your really getting. The tent was shipped rather quickly, the packaging was good. It was easy to set up and the quality was surprisingly great. No weird chemical smells, the fabric color is nice. It functioned as it should. It is a little small but thats entirely my fault as I suck with dimensions and ordered smaller then I needed. However over all its a great tent, we just got back from this year's camping trip and even though its been stored since last year its still good.

Good tent
Why did you pick this product vs others?:It’s definitely a blackout tent. Make sure you have a light for when you are inside of it, totally didn’t think of that before hand and only had a handheld flashlight. It’s a very nice tent. My only complaint is the tent door is a bit of a pain when opening it.

Terrible tent!
I originally thought this was a great idea, what I didn't think about was this. The blackout tent is DARK, that's what I thought was going to be great. Wrong, at least for me. It is dark during the day, but you can see.....ish. At night is a very different story. You cannot see anything. Even finding the flashlight was a chore. I didn't realize how much light there actually is at night if you need to get up to use the restroom, good luck finding the zipper!! Also, the zipper is JUNK!!! That review is very truthful, more on that later. Now in reality it is at most a 2-person tent. If you need to have gear inside out of the weather and sleep, there is no way you are going to get four people in it. Having it dark to try to sleep in may work if you are by yourself in the back country, but I don't think that would really work either. I was with a group and honestly, we are all early risers. Just because its dark doesn't mean that it cuts out noise. Mornings are pretty loud. If you're in a campground, people get up and talk and will walk by. If you're in a group, other members will get up and start their day. If you're in the back country, birds and other wildlife will be starting their day. If you're on the lake/river, fishing boats will be flying around to get to their spot. Like I said, just because its dark doesn't mean it isn't noisy. Anyway, to save on the zipper I ended up removing the clips from the pole nearest to the opening/door. If I wouldn't have done this, I am sure that the zipper would have failed before the weekend was over. However, this opened up its own set of problems. Due to taking support away from the pole, it bent the metal connector and split one of the fiberglass portions of the poles. I do believe I can bend it back and tape up the pole, but I am thinking this is going to go in the garbage. The metal connector that bent was one that has a 45-degree bend in it, it is now more than 90. The reason it bent was because a small storm came through with some wind. Now that's another issue. Saying this tent is water resistant is pushing it. After that storm was over, everything on the floor was soaking wet. This included my clothes. Thankfully I had an air mattress I was sleeping on so my bedding/sleeping bag was only damp, this could have been due to humidity. Take this from someone who don't take the time to write reviews very often, buy anything else!

This tent really surprised me!
For $70, this tent is an exceptional value. We were really comfortable in it, even in rainy and windy weather. No leaks. The seems are taped (at least along the bottom 12" or so), the blackout feature works great, I love the fully mesh surround when the rain fly is off. The best feature is the HUGE door, you open it and it ventilates the tent very well. With the door open it's almost like a shade tent or something, it really made lounging in the tent really comfortable. There are some pockets inside for small items and a hook for handing a light/fan. It was fine to put up and take down (not easy but not any harder than any other ordinary tent). Durability is not known but one trip in I am quite happy with it, especially for the price. It also fits back into it's bag and is relatively small when all packed down considering the size when set up, we had a queen size mattress in it and still had room for three duffle bags, shoes and a bit of floor space. I wanted an inexpensive black out tent to try out that feature and it did indeed help us sleep better!
