Poorly packaged.
The model itself is perfect in detail and has good material. Instead of packing such a sensitive model in a box they decided to put it in a plastic bag without any kind of filling with polystyrene or at least paper mache. As a result the right exhaust pipe broke, nothing that a little glue couldn't fix but...
