My sister and I bought this book in hopes of starting a new business venture in the world of espresso, and we were just taken aback how informational this book was, and how it does actually take you step by step through the process of making espresso at home.

Great information

Great explanations of the basics - whys and techniques. Very good diagrams showed the differences between weak and strong-tasting espresso and smooth and bitter-tasting espresso. I especially liked the recipes and ideas presented for espressos and related coffee drinks.

Tiene recetas bastante ricas, he hecho varias y he modificado algunas y salen muy buenas. Me encanta el libro, me hubiera gustado mas recetas sin tantas salsas dulces pero nada que no se pueda cambiar según los gustos

Coffee book, easy to be happy about. Delivered quickly.

This book is well written for covering the basics. This is especially essential for anyone getting a new espresso machine. It even has a section on the doing the designs in the foam on top.

This book is an easy read and step by step directions of the coffee methods, as well a special monthly recipe to enjoy.

Just not a lot of information in this book. Not worth the $$!

Quite underwhelmed with the level of detail. Some useful tips but it's mainly recipes. Avoid if you want to understand the science of making coffee. Buy if you like pretty pictures, poorly written sentences and surface level knowledge.

Love this book. Lots of insight for a beginner. Plus it looks great in my little coffee station.
