It is exactly what I needed. Quality construction and excellent design. Fits cups, glasses, odd shaped items that needs a lot of holding power. Very versatile with different holder configurations that can be used.

Great item, easy to use. Had a slight issue with the cord not being compatible with my kiosk laser, but customer service fixed this for me right away. This is the second time I have contacted support for minor issues and they have gone above and beyond each time! I will only be buying their products going forward and highly recommend this company to everyone in the laser community! Great products and customer service is top tier!

I am trying to set this up but mine came with no manual and it looks like it was opened and sent back. I am hoping that everything is there and that I can figure it out without the instructions.

Most have accessory if you want to engrave rings or other small to medium size round objects.

Well made product but have not used it as yet. Waiting for my Gemitsu engraver.

What you need to know is that it looks a lot bigger in the pictures, I was shocked at just how small it was once I open the box.. I wasted no time and set it up on my JTL 20w engraver, and for it to work with the USB connecting wire you need to change your rotary setup in light burn to the Z axis and plug your USD wire from the rotary chuck to the laser engraver machine outlet marked "ROLLER" There was no issues with adding the fittings to the chuck for it to hold the travel mug - so as the saying goes size does not matter as it held up a 20 oz mug with no problem as that is the size of mugs I engrave.

Works as intended with my different brand of laser engraver. The chuck is small, and doesnt close straight. When tightening the chuck, the 3 heads wont close straight, it starts to bend, which makes the cylinder held want to bend in different directions instead of being parallel to the base. Might want to find an upgrade to the chuck eventually.

Received my kit today and set it up to do some testing, however, the chuck itself isn't mounted square to the frame, so when it rotates, whatever it holds rizes and falls making it absolutely useless. I'm normally a big fan of Genmitsu products and have found them to be well made and their customer support to be excellent when needed. Lets hope they can resolve this issue quickly.
