What is the size of the biggest label for this printer? Need a printer to label ingredient in cakes. What is the max amount of characters/symbols?

Comes with a 20mm tape as an example, I use the 12mm for plant labelling, cannot see that it will take a wider one than 20mm. Great piece of kit. There are various templates, Length will go to 377mm with a 3 tier (max) template.
