for years I have had issues with glute activation on my left side. Im more dominant on my right and did not come to this realization until I got into the gym regularly. When working lower body, I am always super sore on my right glute and my left would not fire, even after countless activation videos and visiting chiropractors and going to Stretch Zone regularly. After wearing this, my left glutes are ALIVE. As I’m typing this my butt is sore lol I wear it a few times a week for about 20 mins and it feels like you worked out the next day, glutes on fire! Dont be scared to crank it up and try different settings at different intensities.Warning: the Velcro belt is not super large so if you have a bigger lower belly, be mindful that it may not stay put.

This is NOT a paid review, and I did NOT get this product for free! I purchased this item back in December 2024 because I have not had time to go to the gym and I was under an immense amount of stress and I lost a lot of weight. I use this product on average 3-5 times weekly, using on Mode 1 for 2 sessions each time and I absolutely LOVE this product! I can feel the difference in the power of my glutes, they have gotten bigger and it literally makes getting a naturally larger butt pretty much effortless. The settings are very easy to understand and the remote feature is a huge plus! It has to be charged after every other session but ultimately this thing is super effective and it works! Great quality. Good material. I also move it slightly on the second round so that it targets my lower glutes too.

This testimony is from the first day of use after receiving the belt. I will update it after a while. I like it alot so far. It looks like a sturdy piece and the electric impulses are pretty strong. I could not go more than setting 3, and there are 15! Wow, I am impressed. I would like similar device from this company for waist and hands. I am using this belt not just for buttocks but for hips and stomach too. I know its designed specifically for buttocks but it can work in other areas although not ideal. For example to use it on hips I have to turn it and put the plate on one hip and do 20 min then adjust the plate on another hip and do another 20 min. Otherwise because of the plate placements it won't work on both hips at the same time. You can even lay down on it and do your shoulders.I really like that water spray is enough for conductivity and no conductive gels are required. I already have done 1h 40 min on it today. My question is can you overdo it? I wish thete would be more information, description, video on how exactly to use different modes for different results.Please, make similar device for stomach and hands. I've seen it but from a different brand.Update 1: I only used it for a few days and the intensity jumped on me without me pushing anything. Needless to say it was painful. It happened for the first time today. It is absolutely no no.Also there is weird blinking line on the screen of the unit that is attached to the bell. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be there but I don't think I saw it before.I absolutely dislike settings mode 3. Even on a low setting of 3 or 4 it has such a sudden jolt, it is painful. I absolutely don't understand why it is there. This crazy sudden jolt should not be there like what the hell. I can't never use this mode 3 anymore. It already cought me off guard couple times. I have not noticed this so far in other modes.Also the charge doesn't last as long as I would of liked. The remote literally has to be charged daily. Also the small power unit that you connect to the belt in the back gets easily knocked off, it doesn't stay tight. And since it's in the back there is mo way to press the buttons on it in case you don't have remote close by. This is not well thought of.I still wish there would be clear instructions on what mode yo use for what. It seems only mode 5 is for fat loss and the other modes are for building muscle. So I don't get it if I use other modes on my wrist for example will it help loose fat or opposite increase the muscle I am confused.

I was skeptical of buying this item in March 2025, but after using it every day since it arrived I'm very impressed on what it does, not only is it strengthening my muscles it is also helping me with pain in my lower back and hips. It's very easy to use,p the instructions that came with it I was a little confused about how to use it, but easily I contacted product support that was very helpful and answered every question I had.

That's the first thing I always think when I read other raving reviews of products. I'm very skeptical and normally I don't purchase products that seem gimmicky like this one but I decided to give it a try out of curiosity. This thing is amazing. I use it every day, not just on my glutes but also on my abs. I've used it on my Quads as well but it does such a good job on my Quads that it's too much. It makes them look over developed after one session. I finally have a strong core and abs because of this device. It makes my glutes sore for 2 days after as if I worked out at the gym. My boyfriend said my butt was "meatier" in a good way after I used this for the first week, and he doesn't know anything about it. After your first session you will be shocked at the noticeable pump you will see. I see this thing as my secret weapon. The only bad thing about it is that I haven't been going to the gym so my other muscles aren't getting enough work lately.Always use a water based gel or water on the pads or its really uncomfortable. Sometimes it glitches out and changes intensity for no reason which can be alarming. I have to charge mine pretty often.It's totally worth it. I'm so glad I bought it.
