Excellent product value for money got in less price thn regular so was good deal else the laptop has great specifications that makes it optimum for use

Decent laptop for this range
Good: 1. Great specs for budget - Good processor, 2. Decent battery life around 4-5 hrs on office work 3. Can upgrade Ram and SSD 4. Comes with LTF MS office and Windows 5. Screen quality is good Bad: 1. Keyboard is not good. You can literally push the keyboard assembly down 2. Camera does not have shutter 3. No type C charging through type c port provided. 4. You only get 1 year warranty. On retail or on website you can get 3 yrs extended warranty Got this laptop as it came with very good exchange offer for my previous laptop. If you budget is around 33-36k (excluding exchange) , go for this laptop.

Don't go this laptop for heavy usage.
The keyboard and display is bad quality. Keyboard sometime hangs and even typing is not working properly there. For this budget don't purchase this laptop.

I am giving review after 9 months of my usage. 1. Build Quality of the laptop is average. 2. Keyboard of the laptop is really having bad quality. 3. Faced multiple time hang issue. Buy it at your own risk.

It's a good laptop, but I was hoping for a backlit keyboard.
The other variants of thr same model had a backlit keyboard, but this one doesn't have it. That was the only reason I subtracted a star. Otherwise, I'm satisfied so far.
