Microswiss Brass Plated Nozzle for FlowTech™ Hotend (0.4mm)

You can't go wrong with these nozzles or hot ends. They work fantastic. They don't clog. Because of the steady heat, the filament comes out very steady and nice. A great value.

Worked much better than stock. Put it to the test on a nearly 1KG 24.5 hour print and the result was perfection. The nozzle was easy to swap with the 0.4 nozzle. The price was right where it should be. The nozzle seemed durable and of high quality and it shows in the prints. Would definitely purchase again.

Great nozzle that lasts at least 2-3x as long as the stock Creality brass nozzles on my K1 Max. Have not had a problem with clogging on these, despite no increased vfr. Careful if you clean with a wire brush, as scratching the surface can cause future sticking.

Improvement over stock . Ancillary nozzles have better flow rates and capacities . Had a part of the nozzle fail , they were kind , gracious and quick . Resolving my issues within 24 hours . 100% a pleasure to do business with and an asset to the 3d printing community.

The quality of micro Swiss parts is great. I put the microswiss flowtech hot end in my Creality K1 Max. However it seems the printer doesn't have enough power. I cannot make this nozzle work reliably, it seems I'd have to slow it down so much it defeats the purpose of having a bigger nozzle. I went back to 0.4mm and it continues to print excellently.

I installed the MicroSwiss hot end when I was assembling my new SV08. I can now cold swap the FlowTech nozzle in one minute, using only one hand and nothing more than a 7 mm nut driver (DYN2804, on Amazon). Replacing a nozzle on the original hot end required removing and reinstalling the heater and thermistor without damaging the fragile wiring, while getting thermal paste all over my fingers. That's why I've never swapped nozzles to optimize printing. It was such as hassle that I only replaced nozzles when needed to fix a broken 3D printer. It's so easy now, I can install a 1.0 mm nozzle to quickly print large items, or swap to a hardened steel nozzle to print carbon fiber filament. I also love that MicroSwiss makes hot ends for most popular 3D printers, and will continue to do so. Any FlowTech nozzles I buy will work in my next 3D printer, just as soon as I replace the manufacturer's hot end with the compatible MicroSwiss hot end. All modern 3D printers use high flow nozzles that are very similar to the Volcano nozzle, but just different enough that we need to buy the manufacturer's new proprietary nozzles. A year or two later, when that 3D printer is obsolete, those new proprietary nozzles go in a landfill. It's a scam, but MicroSwiss isn't playing that game.

Fixed my issues completely. I was chasing every issue for under extrusion. Creality even sent me a new extruder thinking that was the issue. In the end, this was the perfect fix. No problems since installing and it was very easy to put in.

Yo gotta love this US based company. MicroSwiss just gets better and better at making parts for the business ends of 3D printers. Yes, they cost more, but you get what you pay for and these are some of the very best nozzles I've ever used. In particular, I like them for printing PETG where their more polished and rounded tips are less likely to scrape up and collect blobs of melted plastic.
