Black Penny

I lost this book when I moved after joining the Army. My grandmother had an autographed copy, and as a kid I would read it every winter. I found this copy and was excited to buy it. Not only did I receive it with-in a week, it was in perfect condition. It came with a lovely note from the gentleman who shipped it, a card for his store, a postcard, and many other little things. It was so wonderful, and if I ever need help in finding a book again in the future, I know who I will contact.

Since I purchased this book as a gift for a ten year old girl I was disappointed to find writing inside and pages browned with age. Because the book is out of print it was my only option and I hope she will enjoy it as much as my daughter (who recommended it) did as a child.
