Montana WestPurses for Women Hobo Shoulder Handbags with Zipper

This handbag/tote features realistic looking cowhide leather with an accent of alligator down the front, framed by small rivets. The sales page made it look good, but when I opened the box (which can easily double as a gift box - sturdy, colorful and attractive) and examined the look, craftsmanship and features I was stunned. I purchased it because I needed to carry a fairly heavy long, narrow box to a function - hands free. This worked perfectly for why I bought it, however it looks so good that I'm planning on using it regularly.Features:The interior of the purse and outside pocket are lined with a satiny feeling fabric, reminiscent of a famous designer brand whose name begins with a Y. The interior features two 5½" deep pouch pockets on one side, roomy enough to carry my key fob and other things that need to be easily found, especially in a large purse. On the other side there is a 7" zippered pocket. Outside, on the back of the purse/tote, is another lined pocket with a 7" zipper. It's a convenient, place that's roomy to carry my cell phone, secured with a zipper. Attached to one of the handle rings with a thin chain is a small zippered pouch, large enough to hold an ID. For security, should I use it, I moved it so that it dangles inside the purse, not outside the purse. The bottom, between the lining and outside 'pleather' surface, has a hard, probably thick cardboard, base that allows the purse to stand upright and not slump over. IMO, the manufacturer thought of everything.Sturdiness and Craftsmanship:The handle attaches to the body of the bag with oversized, sturdy rings and kept in place with heavy duty decorative rivets. Stitching is tight all around and appears to be able to hold up to normal use.I included a picture of a tag that was attached with a red grosgrain ribbon showing an MSRP of $39.99 which is considerably more than I paid. Normally I don't pay any attention to MSRP claims like these, since they're usually a marketing tactic. However, in this case I feel that it's a very realistic price for similar products I've seen.This purse is truly first class and I'm thrilled with my purchase.

I rarely comment on a product unless it is spectacular to me. This purse is that! The quality, size, interior, and practicality are just perfect. I am 5'9" and the strap hits in the right spot and stays on my shoulder. Now I have to decide which one I want next! Buy it, you won't regret it!!

This feels and looks like a high end statement bag. It is truly a great investment and the colors are so gently stunning. Roomy inside and you can use it as a handle bag, over the shoulder strap bag or a cross body bag. I highly recommend this bag. Great personal investment, great gift too.

Received Montana Bag and so pleasantly surprised with the look and quality of the bag ..Size is great ,price was right !! My one , not complaint would be the length of the straps. Know this was mentioned in a previous review .wish they were a bit longer for the shoulder bag type . You do put the dimensions on the pic so you have made customers aware of the length of the straps , so you’ve done your part for sure !!Over all pleased with item and would recommend purchasing.! Seriously, this purse has gotten the most compliments and I'm pretty sure I've spent the least money on it.I just got this for the hobo style and pockets and didn't think about the color scheme too much but people just love the colors and style. The number of times people have told me how much they like it. It's a little heavy but it fits a lot in it and has the coveted outside zippered pocket that I like having on my purses. I was a little worried about it being warped when it came rolled in a little box. But after a few days of using it's perfectly fine. I've had it for a few months and it's held up 10x better than 2 of my purses from different brands that cost 2-3 times as much.

I am surprised at the quality of this handbag. It is an unbelievable price. Great care is given to the packaging. I have expensive designer handbags that arent as nice as this. Even though it is man-made leather, its impossible to tell by looking at it.Very stylish and even nicer than the picture on the website. Love it..!

I like the bag, but its not the same color in the advertised photo (see photo for reference). I was a bit disappointed because I got it for an outfit It would've matched with. The bag is still very cute so I will keep it. The quality is nice. The stitching is clean and neat and the strap is very sturdy. I dont care much for the inside material. Feels like paper. I would buy again in differnt colors.

At first I thought it was too big, but it's now my favourite bag. I added a crossbody strap and it's perfect for everyday. Love how the inner lining is wipable too. Might purchase another colour.
