It's so easy to use. The adjustable collar is great so you don't have to worry about sizing your dogs neck. The settings are so easy to use, no crazy complicated steps. This works so well for my beagle, I highly recommend if you are looking for a good reliable set up. The battery charges fast and lasts a while even with training usage.

Works great and stays charged for weeks.

The collar is easy to fit, use, and charge for our dog. The remote has a longer lanyard on it to wear on our neck which we love for our walks. It easy and we like that the buttons are colored for the shocking since we don’t usually use those. It quicker to respond with the sound button and the buttons are big and easy to decipher.

We have used several different training collars over the years. This training collar is my favorite, because of its size. It is smaller and very easy to use. It charges quickly with the C cord and it is lighter around my dog's neck. The lights are bright on the collar and remote. An excellent training collar!

This is horrible doesn’t workYou put it on the dog and the sound may work , you have to be on top of him to have it vibrate ( if it does) it does not shock ! I will have it fully charged and like and hope the sound even worksIt’s junk and of course I can’t return itI emailed the seller and have heard nothingI got ahold of the maker for the warranty and nothing !!!! Amazon should verify these rip off sellers !!!!

I’m not sure if the collar is just not that potent, or my dog is just not phased by anything. We are having a very hard time crate training our puppy. He barks non-stop and howls to the point it sounds like he’s screaming anytime he’s in his crate. We’ve already tried the vibrate collar with absolutely no luck so I thought maybe a shock collar would be better. Nope. This collar does not phase him at all or even remotely controls his behavioral issues. I have the sound on loud, vibrate in high, and the shock feature turned all the way up and he acts like he can’t even feel it. I know it’s shocking him because I can see him twitch when I push the button, but he has no emotion towards it. I appreciate the remote and its long range effectiveness, but the instructions are very vague and not helpful. I was very hopeful based off the positive reviews, but unfortunately this did not work for us.

I used this for my two year old boxer. The remote is nice, there is a switch to lock it to avoid the kids pushing buttons on it and shock my dog by accident. The beep is loud and gets her attention immediately where I don’t have to use the vibrate or shock feature.
