got this for my husbands birthday to replace his old busted one that’s way worn out and it’s a hit! he LOVES this chair. we got the faux leather, it’s smooth and easy on skin (sits in it shirtless sometimes.) not like peeling yourself off of the seats in the car in summer. took less than 10 min to put together & was very easy. its definitely worth the price and it is so plush and comfortable. all the mechanisms work perfectly! way better than expected! we shopped around at local furniture stores and none of them were this cozy. on top of great quality - customer service was really great and gave me a very fast, helpful response! as i read in other reviews, it did arrive in 2 separate boxes, one on the 5th and one on the 6th which was no problem since i took that into consideration when placing the order - these dates were still early. the first one arrived and i was looking around the emails and on amazon for the tracking # for the second box so we could be around for delivery but couldn’t find it since it was just marked as delivered on my end - so i reached out and was given one within 2 hours of reaching out! def consider it as an option when shopping around

I purchased this chair for my Mom who is experiencing mobility issues. I was a bit hesitant but she is very elated with the massage and foot elevation aspect. The chair was easy to install, comfortable and very relaxing. I was looking at others in a much higher price range but at this price it is an excellent purchase.

We purchased this chair for our elderly mother, it was easy to put together, looks good and she loved it. My only complaint would be that there are no instructions for the remotes, (there are two) and the labeling on the remote for the heat and massage is light blue on a light blue background making them almost impossible to read, especially for an elderly person.

Comes in two big boxes. The boxes are heavy but once its together the weight is distributed, so the whole thing is easily moved. Reclines all the way back and stands you almost all the way up. The dark colors fits in with most types of furniture. Buttery soft like a bean bag chair yet supports you in all the right places. Remotes are easy to understand and use. When it states oversized they mean it. The message and heating features will put you to sleep. Even has 2 cup holders so it doesn't matter if your right or left handed.

Do not hesitate. This is a VERY durable and well made chair. I was really surprised at the quality for such an incredible price. The motor is quiet and smooth. The chair is super supportive. I purchased for my mom who is 230 lbs and has lost some mobility at the nursing facility. The medium fits her perfectly and comfortably. I can also recline and take a nap and just relax while I’m visiting her. Trust me, you can’t go wrong with this one. Oh it’s super easy to set up. Arrives in two easy to manage boxes with simple instructions. Again, I don’t leave many reviews but i was intentional about leaving this one. Good companies deserve positive feedback. INCREDIBLE VALUE!

Very well made. Massaging is good and so is the heat sits kinda hard though it’s not really a soft seat after a while your bum starts hurting at least mine does and I have to find a softer chair. Other than that it’s a good chair for the price.

They sent the wrong color but I didn’t have time to get it exchanged before surgery. The seat is a little hard, but otherwise it’s great.
