Didn't work for me. Switching brands.
Rarely makes me drowsy like other melatonin supplements I've taken. Seems to have little effect even an hour after taking. Perhaps it will work for others, but it didn't for me. Throwing out the rest and buying another brand that worked well before trying this one. (In the same dose strength).
