It's been almost a month since I've been using this Probiotic and it has helped me with the appetite and craving suppression. I have enough for about 3 more days and will order more. My only concern is the price. Too expensive, especially now in this economy. I might order another two months if supply and see how that goes. But I do recommend it if you want to jump start your weight loss journey. It certainly helped me.

This product was not successful for me. I did not notice a decrease in cravings but DID notice an increase in appetite, which was not the outcome I was hoping for. I bailed when the scale starred creeping up after 2 weeks! Reviews on the manufacturer’s site suggest that many people have benefitted from this supplement, but unfortunately I was not one of them. — Update: While I personally did not benefit from this supplement, I could not be more impressed with the manufacturer’s customer support team! I have been taking this for 3 weeks now. I exercise every day and eat clean. With in days of taking I noticed an increase iny appetite,I was eating everything in sight. I don't understand how a product that claims it will depress your appetite can claim this. When I started I weighed 122 today I weigh 125.8. I have literally had to stop myself from eating to not keep gaining. If I hadn't I would of gained more. I should at the very least be loosing 1 lbs a week. Instead I'm gaining 1 lbs a week. I won't be ordering anymore . 72.00 is an outrageous price for something that doesn't work. I'm curious as to who and what weight this works for ???

Been taking for a couple days now. Have seen a slight change. More energy ,less bloating. Will update. For those who plan on taking this understand that this is not GLP1 in a bottle. This is a probiotic with baterias that helps promote your bodies own natural production of GLP1. In order for the probiotic to be effective you also need to take VERY specific prebiotic supplements. Im taking this product along with 'Supergut glp1 prebiotic powder'. Im also cutting back on processed foods. Good luck to everyone with your probiotic journey.

This probiotic was originally referred to me by a local dietitian and endocrinologist in my hometown hospital. I had to either purchase from their office or online through Pendulum until the product was suddenly only available through Amazon and not the actually Pendulum site. I didn't notice any difference taking this pill weight wise nor gut wise. My husband on the other hand stated it helped improve his morning routine when first taking but after a few bottles he didn't notice any improvement or failure with the product. It was just blah by the 5th or 6th bottle so I stopped purchasing since the product is a bit pricey.

I’ve taken this for 3 days straight on an empty stomach e with coffee & each time I feel nauseous. I’ve also experienced headaches & fatigue. It does lessen the appetite, but it did increase my anxiety. I will try tomorrow with food, but if your someone that is sensitive to medication I’d be very careful.

While many reviews cite the high price, I am seeing it as a lower cost alternative to semaglutide shots which are anywhere from$300-1200 per month. So, this seems, by comparison very affordable!. So far, i have noticed no digestive upset or side effects from this. I have been taking about 8 days and think i am starting to feel more easily satiated at meal times and am thinking about snacking less often. I am probably too early in the process to notice much effect but so far, there are no "deal breakers" and I am hopeful that my current experince is just the tip of the iceberg. I have been sure not to take on an empty stomache and I thinkthat helps to avoid the nausea that some others have experinced.
