This Altr Ergo bike seat is definitely a solid proposal if you are looking for very good comfort and support. I got this wide comfort seat to replace a regular bike seat on my stationary home bike and I have to say for this purpose the seat is very good. I like to use the stationary bike while working on my desk and I needed a little more support and comfort, this seat delivers both without and noticeable disadvantages, it comes with all the tools that you need to remove your old seat and install the new one, just make sure to adjust the desired angle before you tight the seat in place and secure it good before you start using it. The seat has plenty of cushioning as well, so there is no noticeable discomfort even with a longer period of usage, I am not sure if it will be a good fit for a regular bicycle and riding on it outside, but the only negative to me is that the top of the seat is made of synthetic leather, I would have preferred a durable fabric for better sweat management and better traction while on the sit, so you don't move around too much or slide around.

I’m so pleased to have found this. For long rides, it really helps to have the extra padding and support. The material is soft and comfortable yet somewhat firm. It’s not too difficult to install, but there does seem to be a trick to get it to align. However, once aligned, it’s not really a problem. Overall, thankful from the bottom of my heart.

This item is oversized in deed. I was looking for a comfortable seat. This seat is not cushioned very much at all. While the seat gives comfort because of its size, it is not very soft. I would recommend this seat if you have a larger body habitus or just rather a very large place to sit. It is excessive for my size and not necessarily as comfortable in the cushion department for me. I would not buy for myself again.

I'm not as young as I used to be and a narrow bicycle seat just doesn't work for me. I looked around and saw this Altr Ergo Oversize Comfortable Wide Bike Seat and thought it might be the answer. It is. It was fairly easy to install and after a few trial rides and tweaks, I have it just right for me. I feels so much more comfortable than the original seat. As you can see from the attached pictures, it it a much broader seat and really suits my bottom. Take note that the "wings" in the back of the seat require a little more effort when getting on and off the bike.

You will enjoy more comfortable riding for longer periods! I never knew a bike seat could feel this good! I got this for my wife's bike, but after trying it out I'm keeping it on mine! This is my new favorite bike seat and will go with me from now on when I change bikes.Overall, I think this is a great investment if you spend any time on a bicycle and want to make riding the most comfortable it can be.

It will definitely not make your butt look big. Now I have a few low sitting stools at home for working on my bikes. These stools have bike seats mounted on them. I am so loving the way this thing feels on the stool set-up. It gives your butt a hug. The hug is a bit stiff. The entire manufacturing and production is a bit stiff. Yet it does not mean uncomfortable. It's just a firm grip. It comes with the old style mounting hardware but will fit with the more current mounting assemblies that come on the bikes these days. It is certainly wide enough but I do note some shallowness from front to back. This might be the only issue that affects whether to get this for yourself or not. As for myself, this will make a sweet gift for one of my lucky club members to enjoy. They say Butterfly wing but is more of an Eagle wing. This strange looking seat is just what my old, bony butt needed to be able to ride for longer than a few minutes. It may engender a few laughs from the sleek seat crowd, but at 77 years old, I no longer care what is cool. I need a certain amount of comfort and this seat provides it with a bit of cushion without being too soft. I wish there was a pivoting adjustment but with this ride I can live without it.
