Defective item
I ordered a package of black and tricolored ink for my printer. When it arrived and I changed out the old cartridges, the black ink registers and works fine. The color in shows zero ink available. I did not keep the packaging because I never could’ve guessed this would happen so I’m having an issue with returning, I would like to see a color cartridge sent to me immediately without having to return the black ink which I need pretty much every day. I’m feeling very ripped off.I have been trying to get this resolved, I have followed the tips suggested, and the color cartridge still does not work. I would like my money refunded immediately.
