nice width but super uncomfortable

hard to make as tight as needed because the strap gets thicker a few inches from the end and it is hard to get through the buckle. initially felt ok but as soon as i started moving int he gym the velcro part shifted and tore up the skin on my arms. had to remove part way through the workout or i would have had areas with no skin left
