I've been suffering from a herniated disc in my neck and a straightened neck for a long time, but since I discovered this pillow, my symptoms have been improving little by little every day. I frequently use the Wave Pillow for massage during the day, and the effects are even better when I use it while sleeping. I'm especially satisfied with the scapula massage I do using it in combination with the Wave Stick that I also purchased. I hope that a wooden version of the Wave Pillow will be available for purchase in the future.

Been trying SNPE and this is a great first item to have for getting started. The exercises help with getting the knots out of the back and reducing pain and giving more shoulder mobility. I use it more than a foam roller.

It is not a soft pillow, rather it is hard as wood. I would not use it as a pillow to sleep on, but to use for at-home exercise for few minutes to up to an hour. At first it was painful, but knowing that my posture is not good and my bones are not aligned well, it was acceptable pain. After few minutes of use on my lower back/hip area, I felt very comfortable and relaxing.

Thanks for making this product! I have done plates for over 8 yrs, and I am also qualified as an instructor. I have a newborn baby and I started to have hip pain as well as neck pain. I just simply lie down on this neck pillow by pressing it in between neck and head. It feels really good. So far I am doing this motion 2 mins at a time and 3 times a day. I also sit on it and roll left to right over and over. Both actions help me to reduce the pain for sure. I highly recommend the SNPE Wave Pillow.

Deceived by the words "pillow" and "foam roller," I ordered this instrument of torture (as another reviewer referred to it) to release tension between my shoulder blades. It fit there and was the right shape (though not quite high enough off the ground), but I couldn't relax on it because it gouged into my lower spine. This piece of equipment is not foam and obviously it doesn't roll. It's not like any pillow I've ever encountered. Rats! If there was some give to the material I suspect this would be an excellent tool for relieving inter-scapular tension. I feel like Charlie Brown while trick or treating: all the other kids get candy; "I got a rock."

I have improved my posture within two weeks with this amazing wave message roller. The quality is topnotch, and I only recommend buying of you have a SNPE instructor. You may hurt yourself if you do not have a coach.
