Much better
A few weeks ago I got this item in the mail and it broke on me the first day!! I was so hurt because I wanted to start back up on content and need a phone tripod and refuse to keep wasting money! After writing a review and they seen it and sent me a new one ON THEM and guess the new one works perfectly!! 10/10 Thank you so much for sending a new one I can finally get back to my content and for that I will forever be grateful and it’s PINK AHHHH🩷🎀🎀🎀🎀🎀

Selfie Stick Tripod
I'm pretty tech savvy and I was a little stumped by this contraption. I finally figured out how to extend it and then I was stumped as to how to retract it. Once I got all that figured out it seemed like it worked ok. A few days later I wanted to use it again and it seems I had forgotten how to extend it...so I pretty much had the same frustration I had when I first received it. Once I figured that out AGAIN, I am now pretty confident I can use it moving forward. With all that said, it is really cute - I like the color. It works well once you get the extend/retract figured out. I like the little remote.
