Still toying with it. Great addition to the kitchen. Easy assembly. And so far the damn cats are leaving it alone…

There were no instructions on how to assemble it. To find out where to place the coffee filter, we had to watch a video on YouTube for a similar item. The overall look is very cheap, especially for the price. The glass is very thin and fragile, definitely not worth the price.

The glass stem broke after the first use, with no measurable pressure. They added a second coiled glass piece, so I think they do that knowing they are having issues. Thankfully they did that. Also, the rubber insulate that the spout fits into is about 60% of the size it should be. There is not really enough material to secure the fitting with confidence. The drip spout popped out under the weight of the ice and water. This resulted in a huge mess. I would have written the company directly, but I cannot find their contact information. Otherwise, this cold drip system is beautiful
