Can i use it for indian curry dishes? does this chinese curry paste taste much different to let's say patak's brand indian curry paste?thank you

It makes up to the takeaway Chinese sauce style curry sauce. Maysan also do an Indian style curry sauce which is more authentic taste for Indian Currys. I think the flavor is Madras.
