Q: My campsis is 5 years old and has never flowered. Any answers

Although Campsis are fully hardy, they will perform better when grown against a warm, sunny wall for added protection and better flowering performance. May need some protection in depth of winter.

Q: Can this be grown in a north facing position that only gets the sun early in the morning and late afternoons in the summer?

I am told full/partial shade. Ad this is my first year growing this I can't really comment 100%. My plant has just come to life and is growing well. I have ut on a long wall with full sun midday them the sun moves over to which I then get shade. Sorry i could not be more helpful
