Works great.
Needed to change spar plugs. The new ones needed to be tightened to between 17 and 18 foot pounds. This torque wrench made the job easy. Dial in the amount of torque you want put the socket on the wrench and tighten until the tool clicks and done. It clicks when the pressure is at the setting you set it too.Great tool at a good price.

really accurate in all ranges. beats most brand name torque wrench accuracies.
I saw this reviewed from youtuber "Tools Tested" after my HF Icon 5-75 ftlb torque wrench failed to stay within range (target of 13 ft lbs but kept getting 15-17 ftlbs. 5 ftlbs was even worse, the icon wrench kept clocking in at 8-10 ftlbs, double the 5 it lists it can do).i need something that can accurately set 13ftlbs of torque in a 3/8 anvil for some sparkplugs (my 1/4 inlbs torque wrench would work but the added adapter would take up too much space in an already cramped subaru engine bay).i'm thoroughly impressed with the accuracy of this tool! testing on 13 ftlbs, the margin of error was only 0.7%! i tested 5 ftlbs, 27 ftlbs and 45 ftlbs and all fell within 2% or less for error! the whole entire range was great. all testedon an acdelco torque adapter and also tested on a seperate digital torque wrench (it's not a $2000 piece of test equipment thats 0.5% accurate, but it gets me in the ballpark).outside of accuracy, it's also compact and lightweight. the click, even at its lowest setting, is loud, the click feels distinct (ie not mushy), and the adjustment lock mechanism feels solid.some cons: dunno how long the engravings will last, looks painted or etched. numbers are small, and in increments of 2.5? so adjusting it isnt as straightforward. these are all minor nitpicks considering the price and accuracy of this tool.overall: LOVE IT! tho i really wanted to like the $140 HF icon flexhead 5-75 torque wrench, accuracy trumps all, and this little wrench is ACCURATE and a keeper!

Great purchase.
These torque wrenches are fantastic—easily one of my best recent tool purchases. While doing timing work on my car, I quickly realized how useful it was to have all three sizes: 1/4”, 3/8”, and 1/2”. Certain bolts required the big wrench, while others needed the smaller ones for tight spaces. Having the full set made the job much easier. The wrenches are well-built, easy to adjust, and the indicators are clear and simple to read. They also come in a sturdy case with a few handy extensions, which is a nice bonus.Overall, I’d give these a solid five-star rating. If you’re sticking with mechanical torque wrenches, this set is a smart buy.

It works as advertised.
Easy to work with but instructions on how to set not clear. Went to you tube for a video.

Well made torque wrench at a very good price.
The item is well made, and holds up to a lot of use and abuse. Having used this torque wrench for approximately 6 months now, it gets a good amount of usage, and still works flawlessly as if it was new. It's a great value for the money.

Very Nice Torque Wrench Set
Let me start off by saying I am not a professional mechanic but, I have used torque wrenches before in the nuclear industry. Now that I am retired, I am purely a DYI guy around the house. I purchased this torque wrench set because I had several other cheaper torque wrenches scattered around the garage and I liked the locking mechanism on these and the contrasting white scale on the flat black shank was easier on older eyes. I read the reviews and watched a couple videos and the reviews were mainly positive. They arrived on time and the packaging was great. I like that the set came with all three sizes of wrench I would ever use (1/4, 3/8, and 1/2). I also liked that the set included knurled extensions of corresponding sizes. The 72 tooth mechanism seems smooth and, while advertising dual direction, I would never try to loosen a torqued fastener with any torque wrench. The wrenches came in a nice case and all the wrenches, with the exception of the 1/2" wrench, and all the extensions snap into the case to hold them firmly. The case lid itself holds the 1/2" wrench tightly when the case is closed, . I used the 1/2" and 3/8" the other day to winterize my lawnmower, and they were easy to set and use. It might be silly, but I also really like the look of red locking mechanism and flat black colors together. The price was good and after using some of my Amazon points, it was a very affordable set of nice wrenches. My only issue with the wrenches is that the 1/2" is only 16.5" long, and it might take a little more effort to obtain 160 lbft than it would with a longer wrench. All in all it was a good purchase and I am glad I bought this set.
