1 year later having gps issues
Update: 1 year later. Having issues with gps connectivity. Takes about 10 minutes to connect. Ill start my ride with nothing reading. Eventually ill see some readings and then ill start my recording but by then total mileage and time are inaccurate. Battery still lasts as long. The display is clear for day and night use. The screen is always lit. It is bluetooth so it can connect to your phone and strava. Only difference is it will not show your heart rate and calories burned when logging in data to strava.Setting up was a bit difficult. I used youtube to help. But once you get it down its as accurate as it can get.As far as accuracy. The mph is off just slightly but not too much. Example: apple watch says 15 mph and computer shows 14.7 mph. Distance travelled apple watch shows 30 miles traveled, computer showed 29.1 miles traveled. So cant complain

Works great, connected to bike easily.
The GPS works well and only takes a few seconds to geolocate. The unit easily connected to my bike for power and cadence. It also connected easily to my Schosche heart rate monitor. The screen is LCD and is very legible in bright sunlight. Many of the icons (GPS lock, time of day, temperature, battery level) are very small and more suited to younger eyes. The left button has three uses, on, trip start and long press for off. The screen has a backlight that is only on momentarily. After turning on you must press the left button again to start recording today's ride. You know the trip is activated by the trip time showing 1 second and holding until you start riding. The trip time is only the moving time. The right hand button toggles between prescribed pages. There are three NOW pages that show various aspects of the current ride. There is an AVERAGE page and a MAX page then the circle repeats. None of the fields can be changed to other pages.Charging is USB-C. Removing the rubber cover over the charging port is a little cumbersome. I used the direct handlebar mount rather than the handlebar extended mount. I ride rough terrain and it works well this way.GPS connects quickly. ANT connections worked easily. Seems like a good unit after a month of use. Love the USB-C port, I don't have to hunt other cords to charge. I recommend without reservation.

Product not as advertised and did not power on
Super disappointing. Cadence sensor was not in package, contrary to description. Unit would not turn on despite showing being charged. Product instructions were minimal and no troubleshooting guide. Then I called Amazon Support, which was not a great experience (read entirely from a script, no problem solving abilities). That call did not resolve problem. Then Amazon Support person wanted me to spend yet more time talking to another person. I gave up. Who has the time?

Fairly straightforward and basic
Have only gone through the set-up, and the installation on the bike--instructions on the former are not ideal but good enough and set-up was fairly minimal and smooth, while there were no instructions for the latter but it was sufficiently simple and intuitive that it also went smoothly. Downloading and syncing with the XOSS app on my phone went well too. Will be using it on the road for the first time tomorrow, looks like it should be a good experience--large display, good info, very firm install on bike handlebar, etc.

Be prepared for a tough setup regarding the manual.
Not a bad system but I’m puzzled by something: Why, if the GPS is used for speed, doesn’t it also use the GPS for ‘distance’? The system requires you to enter the circumference of your tire in order to track the distance that you’ve ridden like older odometers. Also, I found that the chart states that I should program 2268 MM into the unit. When I do this - and check distance with the GPS on my Apple watch - i find that the mileage is high by about 3%. If I change it to 2200 MM the mileage matches just about exactly. Also, there is a fairly steep learning curve regarding ‘setup’ especially regarding the clock setting - eventually you’ll figure it out but it’s not spelled out very well. Functionally, though, once it’s all set up, it’s a usable, useful device.

Mostly Junk but can read ant+ sensors
I immediately knew the instruments on this thing were less than highly accurate when I went outside on a 40 degree day and the temp on the screen stayed at 65. Because I had seen so many reviews about terrible accuracy, I decided to first test the device by setting it up on my dash of my car and go for a drive comparing to my speedometer. I am about 20 minutes outside of Charlotte and in a highly residential area, not in a rural area. I immediately noticed it drops signal a lot, especially under any sort of tree. The speed itself seemed accurate when working but would constantly drop to 0mph, which screws everything up. The elevation reading, also appears to be mostly useless. What it did work well for, was connecting and recording a workout from my trek duotrap ant+ sensor when using it indoors. I decided to return this thing and just by the upgraded Bluetooth version of my sensor so I can just use my phone, since the rest of the unit is basically useless. If you want to record indoor rides with an ant+ sensor, I suppose this would be fine and work well.

Great bike computer, especially for the price.
I bought a rockbros HRM and connected it flawlessly. I bought a crank power meter, for Shimano 105, and connected it flawlessly. Cadence and speed sensors all hooked up easily. I just used it to ride a one day, 150 miles across Michigan and everything worked perfectly. For the price, you can't go wrong. I mounted it in a Garmin-type our front adapter with a place underneath for a light. I bought the inexpensive after market adapter for my NiteRider Lumina 900 and I'm amazed at how much functionality I now have on a very small bit of handlebar real estate.
