Regular Now!
I have struggled my entire life with bowel regularity. I finally decided to try pre and probiotics to see if it would make any difference. I selected this because it also has urinary tract healt (another area of struggled for me). I've been on this for about 2 weeks now and I have never been this regular in my life! I have a BM daily and the consistency is normal and formed! I wish I had found this year's ago!!! I take 2 capsules at bedtime and have had no problems at all!

Good combination of effective ingredients for UTIs
My uro-gynocoligist (yes there is such a doctor) recommended a combination of women's probiotics with cranberry extract and d-mannose to address recurrent UTI's. I have been taking these now for several years, during which I have had only a single UTI. She also recommended Vitamin C and topical estrogen. The combination has been very effective for me.
