This dishwasher is a good product, but there are some things that I do not like. Firstly the part where the soap should be kept is not fully secured compared to an actual dishwasher. It just does not makes sense at all. The second thing is the amount of soap that goes inside, Which is about .4 ounces. This amount is fine depending on what type of soap you are using preferably something that actually breaks down Grease and does not leaves marks on glasses so please get a rinse aid are use vinegar in the water. The next thing some of the measurements are not right for example the plates that can fit inside which is 11.8 inches that is a lie. I have plates that are 11.5 inches and they do not fit. If I put it inside the dishwasher, it prevents the top water sprayer from rotating and distributing water properly. Overall, the product is durable The installation is easy and the noise level is ok. I would recommend you do not put dirty dishes inside with food because if you do that, it might clog the draining system and you might end up flooding out your house because it will leak. Please try to clean left over crumbs before next cycle to prevent clogging. If you do not have a sink to hook it up to so it can drain the water. You can also get a 2 gallon bottle and put the hose inside so you can dump when necessary. The product also goes to three cycles of washing. I would like to see this product add features that can slowly release soap, a pre-washed cycle and expand their width and length

This dishwasher has completely exceeded my expectations. My modest 1970 kitchen has no where for a built-in unit without a full remodel and no where to put a full size portable. Honestly I was against the idea of having this purely out of vanity and how it would look. However, its size is perfect - the dimensions are different than most countertop dishwashers - and I bought a stand with a butcher block top that it sits on nicely. I actually like the look of it. Beyond that, its performance is amazing. I love the top fill so I don't have to connect it to the sink and everything comes out cleaner than I was doing by hand. Its quick, quiet, efficient and looks surprisingly good! I'm sorry I didnt do it sooner.

I purchased and was so excited to find a larger countertop dishwasher however once I set it up the pump would not work. I contacted the seller and went back and forth for almost a week. All I wanted was a working dishwasher. I asked for an exchange several times and the company refused so I finally just returned. I thought I would try again because I loved the size. Received the new one and it worked perfectly for 2 months and the pump stopped working. Thank goodness I was still in the return window. I love everything about the dishwasher and when it worked it worked well. I think this model has issues with the pumps and would not recommend. If you do purchase I suggest getting the extended warranty because unfortunately I think you will definitely need it

Great Investment! Cuts my kitchen cleaning by 50% ! I can now spend more time doing other things! Highlight: washes clean! Downside: can only hold a number of dishes at a time. Nevertheless, it a counter top dishwasher! Installation: easy as A,B,C!! Noise level: Low. Note to potential buyers of this product: airmark where you want to position the dishwasher. Check the size of your counter. Ensure you check product specifications before purchasing. Important! Please purchase dishwasher salt if you are going to use hard water. It will soften the water. Also, read manual periodically on how to use the product the correct way! It saves you alot in the long run! Enjoy your product!!!

I just got my dishwasher this morning. I didn't get it until this evening. Because I was in the hospital for a few days unexpectedly, I unpacked it about midnight cuz. I took a nap for a while and it's gorgeous. It is beautiful. I love it. But thankfully, there is a feature, so you can add water, which is not what I was planning to do. But it does come with a picture. You can add water to the top. So that it washes, because it seems that the faucet in that I have for my old. What do you call it portable? Washer, it used to snap on, it's too small. And even when I took that off, the fitting is too small. So I have to go out tomorrow and get a bigger fitting that will fit inside of there. So that I can hook it up to the sink. Beyond that, I fill Build it with 3 pictures full of water. It beeped, because I thought for a minute cuz. The light went out. It was not going to do anything, then all of a sudden. I heard 3 soft beeps, so I stopped and I turned it to, you know, the cycle. And hit air refresh, I guess that's The Dry. This is my first time trying it. So forgive me, I don't have pods. I never did buy pods, and I always use the cascade liquid for my old ones. So I put a little bit in here and a little bit of liquid rinse. I don't have any soft salt. Soft soft, you know what I mean salt. Soft enough for water. I'll have to check that out later. But it waited a few minutes, the light went out. And I thought, oh my God, did I short something something wrong. No, it just it turns off off off and on. For the most part, it's it's working. I mean, I'm washing the dishes. And I'm watching the dishes being washed, and I think that's pretty cool. I'm just waiting to see how it drains. Because with this top piece not being attached only the drainage piece, you know, is attached. And in the sink, I just I'm nervous. You know, I want to make sure it drains. In the right place, but other than that, it's gorgeous. It's beautiful and even though I only put in a few dishes. Because II gave my old compact portable dishwasher. I gave it to a good friend of mine. I asked him if he'd like that. And I gave it to him, I mean, I just bought a new rack for the thing, and everything cuz the old rack was rusting. I gave him the washer Medina, I think that's what it's called m. IDEA, you know, the brand if you messed with these things, and I gave it to him 2 days ago, and then I went back by the house, and I gave him the cascade. And I gave him extras, and the and the booklet, it's just the type of person I am. He didn't pay me for it. I didn't ask for money. I just wanted to give it to him. Because if something's working, I want to be able to help somebody else who may need help, my health is bad and I can't keep washing dishes. Anymore, so I bought 17 years ago. But I saw the new advancements in dishwashers, portable, and I said, well, I've got to get, I gotta try this for the dishes that I have that I normally will put in, they'll fit even if I have Catch a jigglym around, they would fit. And I like the fact that the silverware is at the top. I don't have to stack it in the basket. And you know, get creative, it's really nice. The way it's set up I'll let you know within the hour. But right now in my mind of giving it 4 stars because it was late, it's not their fault U. PS delayed it. It was supposed to be here Tuesday. I stayed home from an appointment. Wednesday I couldn't go shopping cuz. It had to have a signature, you know, and like I said, I was in the hospital basically Tuesday, I had to go into the hospital and so I wasn't here. My daughter was in and out, but she's got her own stuff going on with a new baby. And everything just, you know, if she had to put a signature, but it was delayed. Then, and so I got released late this afternoon. And it's like Cuz. I saw on my video camera the video door thing. The UP sages now, I said UPS, It looked like Amazon, they just dropped it at the door you know, it was like I went through all this fuss, and it was about signature. And they didn't even, and I was like, okay, I don't care. But it it is gorgeous, it comes with the hose. It comes with the train hose. And as far as the regular holes that would attach to the water, it just screws in the back like the other holes would. With the bigger dishwasher and this is a big one. It's almost as big as the one I had before. That was 22 by about 20 and maybe 19. This one's a little bit smaller, but guess what? I put this one on my counter. The other one I put on a rack, and I was going to put this one on the rack that I have in the house. But it's so pretty, I, it needs to be shown.It's beautiful and it fits right there.It's it's gorgeous, and I love watching this.So I'll update you shortly.And let you know how it goes when it's ready to, you know, cycle.Cuz I don't know if I have to add more water when it does that or if it's reserving part of the water.So that when it dumps that it puts that water in, but I am so happy thus far w this product!! Update:: this is still a 5 star rating I would give them 20 stars if I could. The product is still working great. I am learning new things every other day about it. You know, such as while it's plugged in, say, you're done with all your stuff. You take all your dishes out and you close it up. Okay The off button stays on, but it's kind of faint. Okay, it's not like it's gonna turn on. It's just there in the ready for you. It's not taking that much kilowatts, just a little bit now, when you're turning it on after you've filled it out, or say you just want to wash the dishwasher, which in time, I'll do a single wash. Then, once it's filled up okay because I Fill mine up with a little picture which I think is pretty cool.That's not how I plan to have things.But I have to get a bigger ring so that it'll fit and snap on and off to the water thingy. It is really nice. You have to fill it up with 3 pictures. Use the picture that you're giving. Because it's easier fill it up with 3 of those and listen. When you're going to the third picture, because the ding ding ding, it's really, really soft, and it's hard to hear it sometimes, okay, but that's not a problem. I like watching the dishes get clean. That was really a big plus for me. In getting this, I like watching the dishes. It cleaned from above because you can see the water swirling from above and you have 2 water fans from Below so it didn't lie, it does have three.And I just put in a little bit of cascade, liquid like I used to with my old which, as I said, it's in perfect condition.It still works fine.It's just to add to buy a new basket for it.But I gave it to a neighbor that wasn't expecting it.They wanted it, and you know, I desanitized it everything and gave it to them.I I like to help people.I like to do nice things for people.And they're very nice to me, so I wanted to do that. My girlfriend, she got hers because she ordered one after I ordered mine and she loves it.And she's only had it about two days, but she's crazy about it already!!!! It's just really awesome.I just don't have enough words.It's just incredible, and I am going to ask for a few things.Such as I when I like something really really well and I know it's something a very good quality and I intend to keep it cuz.I'm not like some people.They just throw stuff out.People are wasteful these days.The moment the slightest thing happens, i'm going to ask for a how much a replacement rack cost.Because I don't know 7 or 8 years from now.You know who knows it may need to be replaced. And I would like to get a replacement, so at least I have it. I can put it in the closet and maybe they may not be making this model anymore. But at least bam, I know I've got it. And I just can't say enough about it. I'm looking forward to using the fruit basket. But I just haven't I just haven't gotten the fruit that I want to wash yet but I am very, very pleased with this model. I am going to get the long model now. Yes, I did. Say I'm going to get a second 10, it's not because I don't like the one I have I do. But I have space in my kitchen, and I have a space that's perfect for it. On On the other half of the counter that matches those measurements perfectly, for the long one, the one that's like fourteen by twenty by I don't know nineteen.Inches high and I intend to buy that one.Because, you know, I might be doing a bunch of stuff, and I might need a whole bunch of things done.This is whole this one I have holds a lot.It doesn't seem like it, but it does, but I'd like to have a second one.Because I always grew up with the idea of the heir & the spare. because there was not a whole lot of work to do. To put it together, even though I'm used to working with my hands. I use less dish detergent in this than I did in my old dishwasher. And there is no place in there really for a rinse aid. So I just put a small squirt in there. Each time that also saves me money cuz. Before I used to have to really fill it up and then screw it, in and you know, in a week, fill it up again. This is so it's not only time-saving it's it's money saving it's economical. In addition to which, as I told my friend, I gave my old dishwasher to I always take a squirt or two of degreaser.I use, oh I know the name of it.It's called degrees something, it's orange.Any, way I fill it up in the old.It used to come with these orange bottles and I recycle those.I fill them up any way.I squeezed it with a couple of squirts, and I close it up and start the washing dishwasher. I do that because before I bought my old dishwasher. I read reviews, see. I always believe in Reading reviews. I skip over the reviews of people that got stuff free because it's not that I don't trust or believe them. It's just, you got it free. You may not want to say anything bad about it. Because people may not send you free stuff. Anymore, so to avoid that. I look for good ratings, from people who just happened to buy it. And I learned before I bought my first portable dishwasher, the one I gave away after now. It's been 8 years, and it's still going strong. I learned that. You know, people were talking about after the first couple washes that greases, you know, dishes were greasy or whatever.And you know, all these little things.So it got me thinking, you know, put a little degreaser in which I did, and everything came out after that sparkling clean, not greasy, very squeaky.Clean. and with rinse aid it helps, especially since this dishwasher.Does something that my old dishwasher didn't do my own dishwasher?You know, there would be the boiling hot water in there.Would sit in there for like twenty minutes?And then it would empty itself.Okay, i'm gonna go ding ding.Ding and you know, letting you know it's the inn, and then it was up to you to decide whether you were going to open it or not.Basically, I had to open it.Turn the above fan on low so that it would dry. This washer, all I have to do is basically because it it dries itself.And i've never had a dishwasher dry itself.Maybe when I was a little girl, I remember, we had dishwashers a couple of them, but they were, you know, built in and what have you and I was little.I didn't pay a lot of attention. But these dishwashers, the ones I'm speaking of that. I bought that my girlfriend bought that. She's trying to get a friend of hers to buy and on and on, and on they have a 60 minute drying load, you know, hot hot hot air, and it can go on for 3 days. You know, it'll stop for a while. And then it'll, you know, do it again. And once it's been 3 days, you know it. Stops doing that. So II am so impressed. I'm just terribly terribly impressed. And as I said, I want to find out how much an extra rack is and uh That's about. Oh, maybe an extra fruit basket. But for the most part, just the rack, and I'm very, very pleased with this. So Hey, I'm not being paid for this. It would be nice considering how much I pay on Amazon cuz. I am a member and also buy stuff as far as channels on here. If they would pay me, because they've got all kinds of freaky members on here. Trying to look good and you know, it's just, it doesn't turn me on. And I'm a woman and I'm not saying this to be intimate, I'm just saying it gets on my nerves. And some of these people, they don't look good in clothes. And I just wish they'd skip over that part. But for the most part, I like to hear the reviews from Real people who are not getting paid. Who tell it like it is? I love this. I love this dishwasher with all my heart. There's a few that are like it. You know, but I would have to say this probably was the original. And it's awesome and you just need to buy it even if you have to save a little in, you know, put some Money aside in your Amazon credit. And just do it like that just keep putting a little money aside, and there's $30 off, actually, I have 60, but I'm trying to figure out where the other 30 is buy this It is the best investment you will have made in improving your lifestyle. Just just buy it, please.It is incredible!!!! Update***** I have had this dishwasher, along with its sister dishwasher.The long 1 for about a month now. It is still going strong.I am still learning things every day.I just about two weeks ago.I learned because I did read the manual, but there's something I skipped over.I didn't realize the first, I'd say a week and a half, and I only did a few washes, there was like an signal.It wasn't lit up in red or I think it was a** so I just figured that was like good to go or that it's working or you know, was showing, you know, the direction the water goes... I didn't realize that that means salt that it wants salt in the compartment. I just happened to reread the manual, because I keep all the manuals for things that I have, and then it was like, wait a minute, what's that?Oh, and so I went, and I bought some dishwasher salt.You cannot use regular salt.Because that did cross my mind when I read.Oh, it wants salt.You cannot use coarse kosher salt which is what I use with cooking.And everything else you have to use a special dishwasher.Solid, slightly larger, and it's manufactured.It's mined a different way.So that you can use it in the dishwasher and it helps.Soften the water so that your dishwasher.If you have hard water, it will not leave lime scales or you know, be able to clean better. After I bought the salt immediately.It took about a day and a half to get to me.Then, it worked better.I mean it was cleaning before, but some of the glasses I noticed were even with the.Rents aid that I put in there.It was kind of you know.You could see where when it dried and it does have an actual drying cycle.Not just, you know, your dishes are in boiling water that it drains the water, or then it, you know, you have to crack it.And make sure it drains and make sure it gets dry.Basically this is different. It actually has a heating system in there.And it refreshes its heating every few minutes. But going back to what I was saying the salt.Softening the water eliminated any kind of you know, line scale spots when the dishes are dried, like on your glasses, and it actually did seem to clean a lot better.They were clean, but it's they're cleaner.It's difficult to describe, but they were.And they still are because i'm washing a load right now. I'll include a picture in a minute, but I just wanted to say it has been.I am very happy.This is my birthday because december is coming up in a few days and my just gift to myself. I'm very happy I got this on sale.Both of them.So I if you can, if you're able to afford it or else put it on payments, I would get this.That's just my opinion.It is incredible.

I grew up without a dishwasher and always considered it a luxury I would buy when I had some extra money. But now that I have one, I wouldn't live without it! It's absolutely necessary and allows me to focus my energy elsewhere. But enough with the personal stuff. Pros: - It fits in the bottom of my microwave cabinet (I removed the drawer and doors)/ I live in a tiny appartment and have absolutely no more free floor nor counter space in the kitchen so the fact it fits in almost any cupboard is great; - No need to connect it to the faucet; you can fill it from the top with 5L of water (but the option exists) [Consider a 5L waste container if installing far from the sink AND some good space on top to be able to fill the tank. 5L is a lot so you don't want to fill it with a small container. I'm currently using a homemade funnel but I will install a flexible hose and it will be perfect, I could also use a 5L watering can with a long spout]; - It comes with both hoses (drain and faucet connection)]; - It comes with a basket and a fruit washing function (I haven't tried it yet); - It comes with a 2,5L bucket to fill the tank - The instruction booklet is very practical; - It washes dishes very well, even quite dirty items, because it reaches good temperatures; - It dries very well (except for plastic dishes, but I run an "Airfresh" cycle or dry them by hand); - It is VERY easy to install, use, and clean; -It can surprisingly hold a lot more food than I thought it would; - Water and air circulate very well inside thanks to good pressure, well-positioned propellers, and strong, tempered ventilation; - It's quiet; - It has internal lighting (it only lasts 2 minutes though); - You can rely on the dimensions given, as they are very accurate; - It's lightweight; I can move it quite easily once unpacked. Cons: - The main rack divisions (The spaces between pins) are a little weird. I would have prefered one pattern with a regular space between pins than this one. They are too close to each other so deep items like bowls and containers don't fit quite good; - It's over 19" tall so it doesn't fit under common cabinets at all (usually 15"); - The top utensil drawer is very shallow. The diagrams indicate that it can hold coffee cups, but that's not true. It's still very practical and can be detached and placed on the dishes below for more space; - The interior light only lasts 2 minutes, and you have to close/open the door for it to come back on, which is a bit annoying when you're loading it. I use a camping lantern to finish the job, and it's fine; - It sometimes leaves white drip marks when it dries, but no more than other dishwashers. It remains much cleaner than when I wash them by hand. Maybe it's just me who's not very knowledgeable and doesn't use the soap properly. I still can't believe I waited so long before buying this thing. I LOVE IT and I love my new routine with it.

Summary: Very good product with some quality control issues I purchased this product because of the extra space provided by the wider and taller design when compared to similar countertop dishwashers. This review was edited after using my third unit for three months. ***Please feel free top scroll to the end of the review for solutions to common issues.*** Not only does it accommodate plates up to 11 inches, the washing performance is excellent due to its clever third spray arm and improved water path. Furthermore, the updated design can take about 30% more dishes per load when compared to smaller portable units. The removable top rack is another nice space-saving feature. The trade-off for this extra space is that the unit isn’t really portable, and it is kind of awkward to move around. The drying cycle is also good, with small loads usually drying in about 30 minutes (nice when combined with the short 28 min. wash cycle), and the Air Refresh feature gets rid of any moisture left overnight. The quality of the plastics used is very good when compared to what is found in other brands at a similar price, but I do have some annoying random vibrations with my third unit, although not as bad as my first unit. The fix for this is a small rubber foot placed under the front of the dishwasher (see picture). Stainless steel would be even better for longevity, but would cost more. Lastly, the tempered grass front gives it the finish of a luxury item and the controls are smooth and work well. I have edited this review to reflect my current experience with the third unit I received and my dealings with the manufacturer’s customer support. In short, I had important quality control issues in all three units. The first unit had a defective water pump (excessive noise after only 30 minutes). The second unit had water ingress in the sealed light that corroded and burned out 3 of the 4 LED lights. And the third and last unit had loud vibration noise from the plastic panels during operation (fix below). The main problem was dealing with AIRMSEN costumer support. While they did eventually send me a front panel to repair my unit and also honoured the partial reimbursement they had promised at the start of my ordeal. While I am removing my previous rants about AIRMSEN support, I still believe that no new purchase should cause this much trouble and issues shouldn't take 2 months to get resolved. Lastly, customers should never have to provide proof of what was promised before a company does the right thing. Common issues after reading other reviews: 1. Dishes aren't clean or have visible detergent deposits; - Use only 2 tps (10 g) of detergent powder. Detergent pods contain almost twice as much and should only be used on the longest cycle. - Make sure you don't overfill the dishwasher, as it may block the water path and result in poor performance. - Clean the dishwasher with vinegar (1/2 cup) or commercial tablets every two weeks, if used daily. - Check the spray arms to make sure they aren't blocked (the right side of the dish rack has very large openings where smaller items can fall). 2. Noise from vibrating panels; - Add foam weather stripping to seal the bottom access panel or a piece of rubber under the unit to stop the vibration (using old credit cards makes can help keep the plastic tabs in place while you remove the base). - Add extra foam to the panel below the door. AIRMSEN sent me a video to repair the unit myself, but be warned that you should only use plastic trim tools because there is no way to remove this panel without damaging it if you use a screwdriver (I was provided with a new panel). 3. Water ingress inside the lamp; - I was offered the parts for this repair, but I do not recommend this unless you can't return the unit because water inside any electrical appliance is dangerous. I was assured that changes have been made at the factory to prevent this, so this should be a very limited occurrence going forward. Update after 7 months: - The rear exhaust fan is now failing. I contacted Airmsen support for a new fan, and I will update this review accordingly...

Pros: - Washes at least 2/3rds of dishes in my sink. - Uses a lot less water than I would (when using the water tank) and saves me time everyday. - Uses less soap than I would and I get cleaner dishes. - Water tank system works flawlessly (no water hookup necessary). Just fill up the tank and hit start. - Easy to fill up the tank and set up the drain pipe. - Clean and sturdy design. - Water jug and fruit basket are welcome additional accessories in the box. Cons (or things to improve): - Could be an inch or so taller so that it easily fits plates that are 11 inches tall. It still fits but you need to play a little bit of Tetris to fit as much as possible. - The extra inch would have also allowed small glasses to fit in the upper shelf (right now, other than cutlery, only small tea cups would fit up there if anything). - Does not have a water level indicator as the manufacturer mentioned but it beeps 3 times once the tank is full. - An "end cycle" button would be nice so that you can safely end the wash cycle and drain the water in the dishwasher. Right now, you would press and hold the power button which is kind of like killing the power in the middle of the cycle. - A compartment for adding rinse-aid like in a regular dishwasher would be handy. Overall: Airmsen Dishwasher is a welcome addition on my kitchen counter. Yes, you need to measure and make room for it but it does so much to deserve the space. You will still need to do to the big pots and pans but those are the easy ones compared to those tiny plastic containers. I find myself running a cycle on most days (breakfast dishes, lunch boxes, bowls, dinner plates, misc food containers and cutlery). It is not a substitute for a regular dishwaher by any means and it does not pretend to be so. This was designed for a 1-2 person household who would like to save time, water and their hands from constant dishwashing and stop wondering everyday how come the kitchen sink never seems to be empty for more than a couple of hours after you finished washing everything. Ofc, if you have the room and the plumbing setup that allows a regular dishwasher then go for one of those. If not, this is the next best thing!!!

I love it. It's obviously small so you can't do all of the dishes at once for a big family. But two loads a day is good. Takes an hour on the normal setting and an hour to dry if you want. Has lots of settings and even has a setting and a bowl to clean fruit. Super cool. Either fills from the top or attaches to the tap, drains from back into the sink, even has a suction for the hose to the sink. I absolutely recommend this.
