I’m not sure who come up with this product, but I am very grateful to have heat and air in a window unit not been able to make it work with Wi-Fi yet, but that’s not a big issue to me. It’s very cost-effective. It was not hard to install. God is good all the time.

Firstly, it arrived 3 days before scheduled. That was awesome. The unit works GREAT. The heat feature won't make you sweat, but it warms the room as I had hoped it would. The A/C feature works very well. I purchased a larger than needed unit and would recommend doing so. A larger unit will work less to achieve your desired temperature. Slightly higher BTU also requires lower fan speed to achieve desired temperature. Lower fan speed = quieter unit.

The product arrived and once installed we have not been able to get cool air out of the unit. It is under 2 months old and the customer service with this brand has been maddening. Amazon should not allow sellers on this site that have no customer service email on any of the documents that you receive. I have been communicating with the seller for exactly 7 days and they are still asking me to prove that cool air is not coming from the unit. This is after I submitted a jpg of the temperature in the room and the unit ( attached) and a video. At 40+ years old I know how an AC Unit works and we have two other ones in our house, if cold air is not coming out of the unit it will not cool the room. For some reason, this seems to be the sticking point for them even as they keep asking me to run it for two hours and check if it is more than 10 degrees, though again this unit is less than two months old and we have run it for hours. It has never blown cool air. The unit is supposed to have a 12-month warranty however, you don't receive any of those documents with the unit. Although, I paid 469.51 for this unit I haven't once received a case number and no one on the sellers' side is helping to resolve the defective unit that they sold me. Is this a real company because that is real money? I would not purchase from this brand. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you have an issue it is a disaster. Not worth it.

The air conditioner works great, every once in a while it will change settings if you use your phone and the remote because the remote stays on the last setting it was on if you change it on your phone then will change if it connects to the remote. The dry mode doesn't really dry the air it just blows colder air. It is kinda loud sometimes when the condenser kicks on it sounds like it dumping water in the floor but I guess it's just moving liquid inside it or something.

I bought this for our camper and, at first, we ran into a small issue that was completely on our end. I contacted Rovsun, and their support team guided me through troubleshooting with the precision of seasoned trail guides. They had the unit running perfectly in no time. The product itself has been fantastic, quiet enough to fade into the background and quick to heat or cool the space efficiently. A great product backed by an even better company. Highly recommend!

I bought this to use in a 15x12 room. When I set it up and turned it on I was sure it was on the lowest setting because it was really quiet. It was actually on high and cooled the room from 90+ degrees to under 70 degrees within about 10 minutes or so. I haven’t been able to test the heat function and hope it works as well because this unit is intended to be the sole heat and cool source for this room year round

Very low noise. Ease installation. Looks great.. great value .. plus you can control temperature using WiFi..

As an AC, strictly for cooling, it works well but forget about using this thing as a heat source. Mini split still a far superior option compare to this. This 12000 BTU is not even comparable to any standard 9000 BTU mini split system when it comes to heating up space
