Great sound, will motivate you to spend even more money
I'm not sure if this is a sign of how much snake oil is in the audiophile industry or if my setup is finally good, but more than once I played music through this speaker completely forgetting and barely noticing that my receiver wasn't switched to 2 channel audio (meaning I almost can't tell the sound isn't coming from my ultra towers). The dispersion on this speaker is nuts and it's extremely clear. Not difficult to drive at all. Sounds good at 80hz or 60hz crossovers. Looks good. SVS nailed it with this one

NOTES YOU THOUGHT YOU HEARD ARE NOW THERE WITH NO DOUBT
There's a lot of rules audiophiles will tell you matter. The tiny stands to keep cables off the floor. If you tell me you can hear a difference I'll ignore you. You've been assimilated. Using same brands across the front? It matters. Much to my chagrin. From SVS Prime Center to this upgrade is amazing. Now coupled with Primes as L/R I can hear notes in music that were there, but now they are individual, clear and shiny without being tiring. I can decrease the volume with no loss of clarity. When I want to jam this center will blow your hair back. Satisfied. Yes. Amazed? Oh, yes.

WOW - SVS!!
I just received my SVS Ultra Evolution Center speaker and WOW! It was supposedly a used/open-box speaker, but this speaker was still in the original box and looked brand new! It was as impressive as it came out of the box as it sounds on my TV cabinet! I’m hearing things I hadn't heard before! I am so convinced that I made the right decision on selecting the SVS center speaker over the brand of my other speakers. There’s literally no bad spot in my TV room as the sound envelops the entire seating area. This is such a well-crafted component that compliments my sound system.

Great center channel, a good upgrade from the SVS Ultra Center Speaker!
I upgraded from the SVS Ultra Center Speaker to the SVS Ultra Evolution Center Speaker and wow.. I can't believe how good this new center channel is. I also upgraded my prime elevations to SVS Ultra Evolution Elevation and they are awesome as well.!!

Great buy when it's on sale, otherwise there's better options out there for cheaper
Really solid true 3-way center. I bought a number of centers and tried them all out with a mix of movies, shows, and video games. This was 2nd or 3rd place depending on the content. Would have kept it honestly but the Emotiva XC2 actually took the gold in my comparison and was cheaper. Would never hesitate to buy SVS products, packaging, fit & finish were all great. Sounded superior to most other centers in this price range great as well just slightly lacked the details that I got from the Emotiva.

Great center speaker…
Amazing center channel speaker. Really brings the front stage to life. Definitely worth investing in some spikes though as the rubber feet don’t do it justice.
