Works great clearing wine. I’m allergic to shell fish so I tried this product.

My beers have always been a little hazy. There is a stark difference in the clarity of my finished beer since I started using this.

I have used this for 3 batches over the last year and they clear very nicely. I let it sit for about 2 weeks after adding the finnings and then rack it, add stabalizer and allow to sit for another couple weeks before bottling. So all together it sits about a month after finning before going to the bottle (this is after 2-3 racks with a month inbetween during fermentation). I always save one bottle from a batch to age in the bottle and I noticed on the bottles that aged 5-8 months there was settlement in the bottle. While this does clear nicely I would recommend letting your wine bulk age before bottling so as to avoid or lessen the settlemet in the bottle. I lost about 1-2 glasses because of the settlement in the bottom

Cleared up my beer very nicely. Have used it in two brews to this point.
