I've been using Gatorade Fast Twitch for a year or so. My stomach doesn't like carbonated drinks, so I wanted to get away from your standard energy drinks. Plus, I like how these are naturally colored. No artificial Blue 5 or Red 40 or whatever they're called (these use black carrot juice). I was getting the pre-bottled 12 packs of Gatorade Fast Twitch because buying in bulk lowered the overall cost, but when I discovered these powder packets, I thought I've give them a try because of the cost savings. I've been using these packets for about 4 months now, and I won't go back. The cost savings are totally worth it, and they're still convenient enough since they're pre-portioned. Just fill up a glass of water, a thermos, or a water cup if you're eating out, empty a packet and you have a great-tasting, non-carbonated, naturally-colored energy drink. PSA time: For those who are wondering, I drink somewhere around 3 of these a week. Just on the days when coffee isn't enough. I worry about the people out there who drink like 2 or 3 energy drinks a day. If you're one of those, seriously—talk to your doctor, please. This is coming from the heart. I know people who've had heart attacks at too young an age. But different body types can handle different amounts of caffeine. A heart doctor told me I can handle a cup of coffee and 1 energy drink a day, but I'm also 6'4" and 210 lbs. Ask your doctor what you can handle.

These things are amazing! The flavor is top tier and the energy is legit! They mix so good and the fact they are zero sugar tops them off!

Like nitros for my supercharged mustang this stuff has a kick. At first I thought I could see through walls and levitate. In actuality this stuff provides just the right amount of kick without a horrible flavor helping get ready for those challenging workouts. My only reason for not hitting 5 stars is the slightly different taste than the original Fast Twitch that came in the large mix containers. Otherwise, see you on the other side of the galaxy after indulging in this pre-workout goodness.

My husband loves these. He drank fast twitch bottles until they stopped making them. These packets are sometimes sold out or hard to find at grocery stores, so I’m glad Amazon keeps them in stock. They taste great and easy mix with water. They are worth the money and we will continue to buy.

This taste so much better than most energy drinks . I drink this before the gym and it gives me energy and is very hydrating . You can pour it into a water bottle or shaker cup. The only downside is that I have to use a scissor to open the packet, I’ve tried just tearing the corner of the packing but it doesn’t seem to work.its very affordable and mixes super easy! These packets are very small so you can keep them in your purse or gym bag .
