Wonderful, expensive keyboard, but heavvvvy!
Oh this keyboard is just wonderful to type on! It's buttery smooth with the brown switches, and it sounds so solid and "thocky" when typing on it. Was worried about it not having a way to adjust the typing angle, but it's perfect for me. Depending on where you use it, this could be a pro or a con. For me, it's a pro--this thing is solid and *heavy*. It doesn't slide around uncontrollably on your desk like a $20 basic keyboard which is good. It stays put because it's as heavy and solid as a brick. Being so solid, it makes everything you type seem important and purposeful. But, the weight means that you're not moving this thing around much, and don't even think of traveling with it. It ain't gonna happen! Of course, nothing is perfect, but this keyboard is pretty close for me. My primary annoyance after using it daily for a couple of weeks is the placement of the knob. I use it for its default purpose which is to adjust the system's volume. Being stuck in the middle of the top row of keys it's very awkward to use. There's just not enough room from the surrounding keys to use it comfortably or easily. It's like trying to use boat oars as chop sticks to pickup a grain of rice. I wish there was a way for Keychron to have positioned it at the edge of the keyboard so that using it isn't restricted by the close proximity of the surrounding keys. A knob is better than using a key shortcut, but in this case, only very slightly better. The unfortunately-placed knob aside, everything else about the keyboard is exceptional. Is it economical to buy? Absolutely not. Is it worth every penny? Would I buy it again. Yeah, I very much would. As long as it lasts at least 5 years then I won't have any regrets about shelling out the dollars for this premium mechanical keyboard with a premium typing experience..

An aluminum brick for your typing needs
Would buy again, amazing built, i have the brown Getaron switches they feel amazing coming form cherry blues less click but smooth and tactile... i get it when people say they are creamy, they are. it does not come with wrist rest son Thats a minus but i knew that when i got this. i will be getting custom keys later on. i mean it weighs as much as a planet with a brick feeling to match, aluminum brick that is. wish the default key caps were not white though. was it worth it the 200usd plus. yes yes it was worth the money . I code a lot and also game this will go well. bought it for its quality and clean-ability and maintainability . had a k70 which had soldered key switches so 1. could not adjust and change my switches leave alone clean them , after 8 years it died.

Thoroughly test large keys on receipt, assembly quality is poor and stabilizers have issues.
Keyboard is hefty and feels sturdy, could potentially double as a home defense weapon. Keycaps out of the box were a little tall for my liking but high quality and the switches felt nice, I felt no need to replace them. Unfortunately, the space bar and numpad enter key stick. On review, it looks like there's an issue with the stabilizers on those two sepecific keys, which stay lifted when pulled up with tweezers. Ruled out the switch and keycaps by porting them over to another board and testing them with no stick. Chances are the framework underneath is either overlubed or not set properly, but halfway through disassembling the full keyboard, I got frustrated with it not matching any of their official documentation's videos - part of this is due to the wireless functionality, which has a battery in the back. This cable is somewhat easily unseated allowing you to continue, only to find more such inconsistencies every few minutes, on what is already an extremely time consuming process. A couple of searches seem to suggest this is a very common problem and that the suggested fix is a full disassembly and cleaning and relubing them. For this pricetag, this is absolutely not worth the effort, so probably just going to return it or throw it out. Awful first impression of Keychron. Edit: Possibly due to anger and or brain problems, I proceeded with the disassembly anyway. Yes, the stabalizers are overlubed, so badly that it looks chunky, as shown in the (blurry, crappy) attached picture. It's possible that this can be fixed by doing the same for the spacebar's one, cleaning them and relubing them, and this would be understandable for a cheap keyboard. This is not a cheap keyboard. The amount of time wasted on this has shattered all possible value perspective, so unless you have infinite time and don't mind fixing manufacturer issues, I'd avoid Keychron.

Don’t live in keyboard darkness any longer!
This is my second Keychron board. I also purchased a K10 Max with Super Brown switches that I love. The aluminum case is heavy and solid. The key shapes are more formed that the K10 Max, and the typing sound is slightly more quiet compared to the K10. I do love the color scheme of the keys, but I’m also a fan of the K10 grey with orange accents on the return and esc keys, too. I use it wired, but have also tried the Bluetooth and 2.4hz dongle. Both work well, but I prefer the wired connections for the launcher app mode. Compared to the Logitech MX Mechanical, this keyboard (and the K10 Max) are entirely superior and create a next level, premium typing and excel experience. Honestly, I was hesitant to buy such an expensive keyboard, but now I wish I’d bought it much sooner! If you’re on the fence, just buy it. You won’t regret it and you’ll wonder why you were living in keyboard darkness for so long.

Looks amazing! Works great except for the bluetooth dropouts
I love this keyboard so much! But the only problem I can think of is that the keyboard randomly disconnects from Bluetooth on my Mac, and I will need to turn it off and back on to repair it. Annoying, yes. I hope they fix this in a firmware update.

soft sound, great feel
i switched from a logitech gaming keyboard with a very low, slim profile. i wasnt sure about the transition but knew i wanted a new keyboard with a cool sound and nice keycaps. i was able to check this one out in store before ordering. its well worth the money and i really like the backlit features. the macro keys and custom settings take some getting used to but its easy to learn with their tutorial and youtube. overall its a great product, looks really nice, and feels great to type on. i absolutely love the sound of the keys and the slight curve. highly rec for anyone wanting to venture into mechanical keyboards.

Drops and repeats 100+ times a day from this achingly gorgeous keyboard
Every great thing everyone says about this keyboard is true: it is buttery smooth; the tactile feedback is perfection; the build quality is in rare air; the weight of the base makes it extremely stable (though not very portable). All of that makes this THE BEST KEYBOARD I've used over the past several decades (I am not young). Before the other shoe drops, let me say also that Keychron tech support has been very accommodating, if a little slow. Unfortunately I have needed them. I've needed support because this is also THE WORST KEYBOARD I have ever owned. A great keyboard should help you to be a more accurate typist. I need all the help I can get, I admit. The problem is that, occasionally but often, it may take several strokes of the same key to produce the desired character...sometimes 3-4 ineffective keystrokes before the character finally shows up. The behavior is random and no clear pattern has emerged. Conversely, at about the same frequency, a character will repeat anywhere from 2 to unlimited (until interrupted) times. The space bar is the most frequent offender on repeats, but it can be any key at any time. You may think it's not the keyboard but the computer; however, I swapped back to an old Logitech non-mechanical for a week and didn't have a single issue. Support sent me a new logic board (which I didn't install because I didn't have 3 hours free to fuss with all the key switch replacements). Then they sent me a whole new keyboard, which is decidedly worse than the first in the same ways. Then they refunded my purchase price in full. Here's how good this keyboard is when it's good: I'm going to ORDER A NEW ONE and GIVE IT ONE MORE TRY. My son has had the same model for over 6 months and has had no issues at all, so I'm not crazy. If the third time is the charm, I will amend my review to 5 stars.

Love this keyboard. Heavy enough you could use it as a weapon in the heat of the moment if you had to.

It's pretty much perfect.
This keyboard is the best I have ever used and I have used a lot of them. The keys were closer together than what I was used to on my Corsair K95 but now that I have used this for a month, I am used to it and can type very fast on it. The only downside is that it didn't work with Corsair's iCUE software but it does work with SignalRGB. So, I had to swap out my RGB management software but that's okay. It's much quieter than I was expecting it to be but still has a very satisfying sound. Not clicky, more soft thuddy sounding. Make sense? I hope so!

Nice keyboard, software to update a bit clunky
Nice keyboard, quiet and nice feel to it, I like the weight as well, it doesn’t move around the desk at all. Minus for me is the software to update firmware, assign macro’s to keys etc. it’s not as polished as the hardware. That said, I’d buy the keyboard again.

The keyboard in action nice and heavy
Love this keyboard should have made the investment a long time ago. My productivity has significantly increased and it's a pleasure to use. I've been running cheaper Logitech and other type keyboards now for too many years obviously. If I'd known it was such a game changer I would have made the jump before now. Well worth the money for anyone who spends any kind of time behind a keyboard like I do at times 10 to 15 hours a day. Not gaming. I do a lot of technical writing and commercial as well.
