Like others i have seen some people using these as drag mats after overseeding or top dressing their lawn. I was dubious if this would actually work well. I need not have feared. A bit of rope and an old brush handle and all strapped together in less than 20 minutes. It is the perfect weight for dragging the top soil around and levelling your lawn with ease, due to the pattern of the surface it catches loose bits and drags them into hollows too, honestly an absolute game changer of a tool for getting a lovely smooth level lawn and i would highly recommend it.

Fitted in front of garden shed to avoid mud, does the job , good solid base.
