it works well but you have to be careful when setting,its well made and would be ideal for moles which are hard to catch and are in shallow runs.

This was the most expensive mole trap available so I thought it would be the most efficient. It was difficult to set and dangerous! I ended up with a painful thumb.I had also bought the Mole Claw trap. This I would recommend. The mole was caught within two days.

Very disappointed the trigger is so insensitive the moles filled in the hole around it without activating the trap, yet when I set it, it is only too happy to spring back at the slightest pressure

Not easy to set but should work well if a mole surfaces beneath it.
