Nice suncatcher that appears to be well made. I hung mine in a bedroom window so it shines rainbow-like spots on my ceiling and upper walls. The suncatcher does not spin unless you manually move it or attach a little motor to it. Spinnability information was accurately disclosed in the description. If you hang it outside, the wind MAY create some spinning. I like it, especially the reasonable price.
