Lifesaver for Postpartum Recovery!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Lifesaver for Postpartum Recovery! The Frida Mom Postpartum Recovery Kit was an absolute lifesaver after giving birth. Every item in the kit is so well thought out — it’s like they read a new mom’s mind. The disposable underwear is super soft and stretchy (way better than the hospital ones), and the cooling pad liners and witch hazel pad liners brought immediate relief.I loved how everything was individually packed and easy to use — which is so helpful when you’re sore, tired, and trying to figure out new motherhood. The peri bottle has a great angled design that made cleaning up so much easier and more comfortable. This kit gave me comfort, convenience, and the confidence to care for myself during those first tough weeks. Highly recommend it for every new mom — pack it in your hospital bag, trust me!

Life saver, so worth the price
First time mom here so I wanted to be sure to be prepared. I got this kit not really knowing much about each product and why I would need it. However, after giving birth I had 3 tears that are SUPER painful. Besides the shedding of the uterus, it’s been pretty uncomfortable. I’ve used every product in this kit now and it has remarkably made my healing easier and I might even say faster. My favorite product is the foaming witchhazel pump which has proven invaluable everytime I use the restroom, it cools off and eases the pain. I also like the disposable underwear, the fit is nice and it’s a much more solid product than what I had from hospital. The peri bottle has been useful everytime I use the restroom and overall I love the products.

Trust me, JUST BUY IT! You won’t regret it!
This kit has worked wonders for me already 2 days postpartum with my 5th baby. Each item is definitely a game changer from my previous postpartum experiences. It’s truly the elevated “bougie version” of what the hospitals provide you with lol. This brand makes me feel super comfortable and refreshed!I researched other brands but this brand had the best for reviews (which is a very important factor for me). Plus the quality and packaging is great! All in all, splurge on yourself and get the goods you and you body deserves. You’ll love everything inside. 😊

10/10 stars! Definitely Recommend to expecting mamas!
Although I retuned this product when I personally ordered, because I received this same kit as a shower gift, this was a great product. The boy shorts, are a lot better quality than the ones at the hospital, more thick. The peri bottle works great after postpartum. The wipes were my favorite product in the kit. They’re similar to the name brand Tuck Pads, but they’re as long as a pad, vs the Tuck Pads being little round pads. With the Tuck pads you have to line your pads with 3-4 of them to get all areas medicated, but the wipes in this kit you only need one and it’s the full length so that was was really nice. The ice pack pads were nice and stayed cool like what the hospital gives you, but just awkward to wear. Overall this was a great product and recommend to any expecting mamas!

Well worth your money.
This kit is a must have for postpartum. The ice pads are the BEST and the underwear fit perfectly. Using the whole kit really made healing a much more tolerable process. The convenient little box to keep everything together is a nice touch and I'd recommend this to any pregnant woman.

So helpful!
I absolutely loved the Postpartum Recovery Kit! It seriously had everything I needed all in one place. The disposable underwear were super comfy, and the instant ice maxi pads were a game-changer for relief. The quality of the ice packs was amazing – they stayed cold for a long time and really helped with swelling. The perineal healing foam and pad liners made everything feel so much better too. Honestly, this kit made my postpartum recovery way easier, and I couldn’t have asked for a better set of products! There’s visuals for step by step usage to help as well.

Love the caddy and undies, wasteful packaging
UPDATE:I am now 12 weeks postpartum. My rating stands. I’d probably give it 3.5 realistically, but I’m rounding up in Amazon’s whole stars rating system because I think we need more companies thinking about raising the bar when it comes to comfortable postpartum recovery and I love that Frida was one of the first to get the ball rolling on that. All this said, some products were better than others and overall, I feel that the kit is overpriced. I suggest waiting for a good sale on Prime Day or Black Friday as I did, or putting it on your registry. To save yourself money and avoid wasting product, I recommend trying each item one at a time alongside hospital-provided items, so you can get a better gauge on how you like each item individually and possibly opt for other products. Frida’s list of directions incorporating every product is a way to get you running through their products faster so you need to re-up sooner. If you’re a FTM, know that the products you use and the order in which you use them will change as your postpartum recovery progresses. I found some of these products more useful at different stages and some were a complete bust. Here are my thoughts on each product:Undies (1/5) - These were the first things I raved over as a clueless preggo, and the least useful thing in actual recovery. Nothing stayed in place. The adhesive padsicle was too heavy and didn’t actually adhere to whatever material is used in the undies. I had the same issue with lighter pads provided by my hospital. When products shift with your natural movement, the underwear can’t hold them in place. I do wish I had a pair to try towards the end of my recovery when I was fine with just a spritz of Dermoplast or a dollop of the perineal foam and just needed a light pad. At that point, I was down to a few hospital-provided mesh undies and I would’ve loved to see how Frida compared. By that point, I wasn’t willing to shell out the money.Perineal foam (5/5) - Love the smell, nice lightweight feel, and very gently cooling. Not a big shock to the system like the padsicle or witch hazel pad. I don’t recommend just putting it over the witch hazel pad as recommended. Use a few dollops underneath as a sort of “glue”, as the pads tend to slip around. Works great with the small round witch hazel pads you get at the hospital too. Draw a long line across the pad, smooth it out, then place a line of rounds across. Later in your recovery, apply to your hand and rub directly on the perineum. 👌🏼 I will say - Dermoplast is better than this foam as a product to layer on top of the witch hazel pads. This stuff is already witch hazel in a lighter foam form. Great for “connecting” the stronger liquid witch hazel products, but use as instructed and you’re just putting witch hazel on witch hazel.Padsicles (3/5) - The crack-apart feature is more convenient than homemade ones you freeze. I wish I had taken a few to my hospital because I don’t feel they provided enough of theirs and I wouldn’t have had to worry about finding a space to keep them cool. That said, they are VERY cold. Even with a witch hazel liner, the coldness is too jolting. Plan on having a ratty washcloth to place over it for a few minutes. Also, they are super heavy. If you’re about to sleep or sit for awhile, it’s fine. If you’re needing to move around, it’ll be very cumbersome.Witch hazel pads (4/5) - Sure, it was convenient to have one long pad stretch across the whole liner rather than little pads that shift around. That said, this sucker shifts around too. As mentioned above, it helps to have Frida’s perineal foam adhering it along the ends or a pad slightly shorter than the liner so that it can be tucked under.——-I have not yet delivered, so I can’t comment on the effectiveness of the products. I will say that I’m a plus size woman (5’6”, 240 lbs) and the pair of undies I tried on fit very comfortably over my thicc thighs, big butt, and 26 week belly. I can only imagine how nice they’ll feel postpartum. I also love how that cute caddy has a place for everything. There’s a little extra room for any other supplies provided by the hospital too. Be aware that the famous upside-down peri bottle isn’t included, but honestly, you can find inexpensive copycats if you’re not into the one the hospital provides. Better yet, get a bidet with a female setting! Great for cleaning up after sex too. ;)Deducting a star because the amount of packaging involved (pictured) was so wasteful. You know that scene in The Emperor’s New Groove when Yzma schemes about turning Kuzco into a flea, putting that flea in a box, then putting that box into another box, shipping it to herself, and then smashing it with a hammer? I think Frida’s shipping department took a page out of Yzma’s bad idea book.I will update after I give birth in the fall and have a chance to use the products, but for now - 4/5
