Having worked as a dietician and personal trainer for many years and offering advice to eat high oleic peanuts or butter, at 43 this year I finally became addicted to this tasty, healthy and always life giving peanut butter.I get very hungry and need to eat little bit often to maintain the constant use of energy I exert on any one day. This peanut butter makes it possible for me to function 1000x better than I would without it. It stops me from feeling dizzy, provides the perfect dose of protein for my body and essential fatty acids for my focus and attention and concentration keeping both my body and mind alert and functioning well.For me I am a chocoholic and this through the day tastes very close and the same consistency therefore works for me to have as a healthier constant snack.It is runny even when you give it a great stir due to the good oils that it is made up with. It spreads really well but be careful when using a spoon to not wander around and have it dribble about your home as I have done on occasions.Really good consistency once you give it a good stir and it's sometimes salty on the top so I would suggest to always store before it as it suggests.I have had leaks but to be fair it is packaged well into a small box that takes the oil that might leak. Despite leaks I have never sent a tub back as it is always edible and as good as always
