When this first came it was broken. I called the company who asked me to take a picture of it. I got an immediate response that a new one was on its way. The new one is perfect. We love it.

If you look closely at the picture of the ball hopper there are two little blue balls, one on each end of the flexible rods in the bottom of the basket. One of these balls came off and I lost it. Without that retaining ball the rod slips out of the basket and all the balls drop out the bottom. That missing ball makes the hopper almost useless. It was great the first few times I used it but I lost that ball probably on the fourth time I used the hopper. I wish Gamma would simply send me another ball with some directions on how to secure it so that it doesn't come off again.

This is the second ball hopper I tried and it worked fantastic. Easy to carry, easy to use, and the design is nice. Unfortunately, the weld in one of the handles broke after using it a few times. I am very disappointed because I loved the product. The company has a lot of exceptions not to provide a full refund even within the return window. So, I called Amazon and they issued a replacement and asked me to return the broken one which I will do.Hopefully, this one will last.

Love this for quick gathering of the pickle balls and as a holding basket for extra balls while we are playing and practicing

15 second assembly. Hold lots of pickle balls and picks them up perfectly. No accidental opening. Very sturdy. Love it!! It is light weight too. A++++++

Works well a must have for practice!

I don't like to trash any product on a review because this could have been a coincidence, but this was clearly a disappointment. I literally only used it once when one of the welds broke on the vertical bars. I have no idea how because it wasn't one of the wires you'd expect that picked up the balls. As a comparison, I bought a Tourna Pickleball Deluxe Caddy with Wheels 7 months ago and it's been a workhorse. I removed the bars on top to keep the balls in when it tips because they didn't do much good, but it's been great. Heavier duty and I'm sticking with it.

It works for Pballs. Liked the color. Use it for self-training & good for teaching. Good for retrieve balls w/o having to bend over way too much.

This is just what we were joining for, my husbands back was hurting and this basket was the perfect solution for not bending over to pick up the tennis balls.
