This is probably one of the most ineffective supplements I have ever taken. My diet is really good - lots of fruit, veg, pulses and whole meal grains, etc, but I still suffer from a sluggish ‘waste disposal system’!! As I wanted to keep things moving whilst I dropped a few pounds I took these exactly as per the product advice - and, well…… nothing happened! I’ve followed a really healthy diet and exercise program with this product for 6 weeks to give it fair time and every chance (!!) - but it did nothing for my sluggish system and I had to resort to aloe pure laxatives a few times. Before this, I’d tried glucomannan with some success, but this detox & cleanse supplement was nowhere near as useful despite it having multiple ingredients that theoretically should have worked. This week I switched over to psyllium husk (with probiotic) and OMG what a game changer - it’s made things so much easier. Don’t waste your money on these!
