Really happy with my scooter came as described. Had problem Starting it, I thought it was not working so I contacted seller and he told me what to do. This info is not in the manual so I was very grateful as I was about to return it. You have to move the wheel forward then press the throttle to get or to drive normally. Safety setting. Would be great if this was in the manualI also got the free lock and phone holder ..This scooter speed is great for zipping up and down , I am so pleased with it. I plan to buy another one! The product failed less than a month after purchase, we contacted the seller to replace the scooter, he promised to fix it but instead kept dragging us for 5 months refusing to replace it and did not fix it. Very bad experience , I brought it as a present for my son’s birthday but he was not able to enjoy it. Just brought us distress.

It charges fast but then does die fast don’t know how to put the phone holder on good value for money no errors

Have given 5 stars as the scooter is good and works well however, online it says 130kg weight limit but in the instruction booklet, this says 100kg. The mobile phone app only works with iPhone so can't use this with android. There is no room on the handlebar to fit the free mobile holder. Comes with a free bike lock which is handy.

Used this e scooter for two weeks only and started showing error on the screen, after an hour this scooter can’t turn on anymore. It’s now a piece of metal in my house, a product I bought brand new.
