First off, I would like to commend Quality Martial Arts for their excellent customer service. I ordered these foot protectors in lieu of a competition I was to partake in 4 days after my order. Being tight for time, I messaged Quality Martial Arts requesting an earlier dispatch so that I would have enough time to break them in for use. They responded on the same day informing me they had dispatched my purchase for delivery the next day! I was super pleased with how cordial and prompt they were about my message and I did indeed receive my order the next day and was able to use them in my competition. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.The foot protectors themselves were well made, comfortable and did their job well, they didn’t slip much as they fit me quite well. I’ll be continuing to use them for sparring sessions.
