It does exactly what you hope that it will. It helps pull your shoulders back and maintain better posture, engaging your core. I only wear it around the house. It’s a little too much to wear outside unless you’re wearing thick clothing.

Suffering long term with back problems I found this product to be very useful in a limited way. Perhaps it's just me but I found it restricted my movements to a certain extent (it's probably supposed to).

I bought this as it seemed perfect for my needs. I was quite excited to try it on and hopefully get some support. It was a small fitting though and did not fit. Design of [product seemed fine and practical but would say not suitable for the size of me (5'11 and 38 waist). for the smaller person though can see if possibly providing the support I was expecting

Preso solo per sostenere un pò le spalle e il collo per quando lavoro, non impedisce troppo i movimenti; regolabile, discreti i materiali, si riesce usare per diverse ore

Ho acquistato il prodotto per me e mia moglie per migliorare la postura di entrambi. Buoni il packaging e i materiali di costruzione (decisamente superiori alla media di prodotti da 10 euro). Il correttore si indossa come uno zainetto e poi si stringe fino a sentire le spalle nella giusta posizione. Il libretto di istruzioni é utile e indica come utilizzare il prodotto in maniera dettagliata. Il primo giorno va indossato per 20 minuti, il secondo per 40, il terzo per 60 e cosí via. Viene inoltre indicato di non usarlo per periodi troppo prolungati in quanto puó causare tensione muscolare. Dopo pochi giorni iniziano giá a vedersi i primi miglioramenti (viene spontaneo assumere una posizione piú retta). In definitiva consigliato visto il prezzo basso e la buona fattura del prodotto.

Buon prodotto forse un po rigido. Ossia se si resiste al fastidio fa un ottimo lavoro.

È un sostegno per raddrizzare la schiena, facendoci tenere una postura corretta. Il suo utilizzo è molto semplice dal momento che lo si indossa come fosse uno zaino e ha la fascia inferiore regolabile (grazie alla chiusura con il velcro)a seconda della dimensione della nostra schiena/spalle. L'ho indosso da sole due settimane e noto una riduzione del dolore nella zona cervicale e in generale nella parte alta della schiena. CONSIGLIATISSIMO
